Ideal ground floor apartment for those who have mobility problems. Comfortably furnished and decorated. Great value for money. Private free parking space for one car.

Location: Right in the centre of Beer village - a level walk to the shops, pubs and clifftop, but set back off the main street.

Beer is the 11th best seaside according to the WHICH survey.


Accommodation: Pioneer 7 has been newly decorated with new carpets throughout and new beds. Entirely ground floor but two steps down at the entrance. Living/dining room with two comfortable sofas, SMART TV. Radio/CD player and games. Fitted cream shaker kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob. washing machine, tumble dryer, under worktop fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine and microwave. Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Bedroom 2 with twin singles (3' beds) and fitted wardrobe, adequate drawer space. Modern bathroom with L shaped bath, over bath shower, wash basin and WC.

Facilities: WIFI. Night storage heaters. Tumble dryer. Electricity included. Available all year.

Restrictions:  Regret no pets and No Smoking inside.

Outside: Private free parking for one car to the rear of the property, in Bay Number 7 .

Location excellent .Parking very good .Owner response and manner excellent .local stores well stocked no need to go to supermarket.Apartment well equipped.Bathroom is small but adequate.

Lovely apartment so close to the beach, pubs etc and parking which is a huge bonus. Apartment clean and perfect for our needs

We had a lovely few days in Beer and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy Beer and the addition of a car parking space was great. Comfortable lounge area and bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is small but has everything you would need, so not a problem at all.

The flat is very well situated and with a single designated parking space. The living room is spacious, well planned and well fitted. The double bed is only a standard size but very comfortable. It's a beautifully peaceful area and we would book again.

Really, our stay was wonderful. The appartment was very well equiped with everything that we needed during our week there. The location was ideal near the beach and shops, restuarants etc, but was also very quiet and private. Beer is such a lovely little haven, and for us brought back such good memories of both of our childhood days spent here. We Read morewere visting relatives nearby, so will obviously hope to come back again sometime? Hide

This property is in very good location near to the centre of Beer. It is particularly good for the elderly as all on one level. It is clean and has all necessary equipment.

We booked the ground floor as my mum has.limited mobility but didn't realise there were steps leading up from the car park and into the property as not stated in the description of the apartment. Didnt appreciate the 5am wake up call from upstairs!! As for the property we found the bathroom very small but overall perfect holiday let.

Great venue. Beer is a lovely village with cafes, pubs and restaurants. Having allocated parking is a bonus. The property was clean with everything to make our stay comfortable.

Location excellent & has own parking space which is brilliant!! Clean & pretty comfortable. Surprised at the lack of welcome pack, there is an information folder which is functional, not massively welcoming. Bedroom furniture a little dated in comparison to the rest of the apartment. Tumble dryer available but its in the master bedroom which isnt Read moreideal space wise, but I imagine its useful for families. Beer is just beautiful, the apartment was pretty good value for money. Hide
