This is the first time the property has been let for holidays, the owners have completely re-decorated, carpeted and furnished it therefore everything is of good quality, the beds are extremely comfortable, the sitting room is relaxing and the new stylish shower room is superb having a large shower cubicle. Situated in the centre of Beer you are close to all the amenities you don't have to drive anywhere unless you wish to discover the surrounding area.

Location:  In the heart of Beer, just a couple of minutes walk to the sea front.

Accommodation: 
Entrance to hall and stairs leading to small landing with
Bedroom:  with a single bed and truckle bed with legs that drop down to make it a full height single, fitted wardrobe and oak leaning mini dressing table, ornamental fireplace.
Living/dining/kitchen: with two large windows, this area is lovely and light.  Two seater sofa, two chairs, TV, coffee table, ornamental fireplace.  The dining table and chairs sit in the large bay window overlooking the main street -  enjoy people watching!
Kitchen:  with electric hob/oven, fridge with ice box, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, washer/dryer.
Bedroom:  King size bed, fitted wardrobe and oak leaning mini dressing table.
Shower room: nice large walk in shower, WC and wash basin, heated towel rail.

Facilities: Dimplex heaters throughout.  Linen and towels are not provided. No pets allowed.

Parking:  a complimentary parking permit is provided for 1 vehicle only.

Fantastic location, lovely apartment and comfortable beds. What more do you need! The apartment it our opinion is great value and we would recommend for a stay in Beer. Be mindful that the apartment doesnt include the normal basics found in other UK holiday apartments, such as a Kitchen Roll, Tea Towel, Hand Wash and Salt & Pepper; so remember to pRead moreack those essentials. The only downside was the lack of communication over the parking, which led to us to paying for a days parking. So for anyone who isnt from Beer, the car park is called Central Car Park, you must only park in the white long stay bays, and the parking expires at 11pm on the day of check-out. You do not need to do anything or display anything to park there, it is all taken care of via a digital permit. Hide

Glen view is in a perfect location for a break in Beer. The apartment is well laid out, rooms comfortable and adequately furnished. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Beer is a gorgeous village, the beach is excellent for swimming and other water based activities, as well as the excellent Chapples beach cafe.
