A very small but pretty and well equipped one bedroom apartment, just made for couples, right in the centre of Beer. Very light and modern with everything needed. The Old Dairy is suitable for holidays and breaks any time of year.

Location: Above our office in the centre of Beer with all amenities and the beach close by.

Accommodation: Private entrance and moderately steep stairs with hand rail. Modern style compact lounge/dining room with sofa, dining table, Smart TV/freeview, video, CD/radio, board games & playing cards. Compact, fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with walk in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside: parking for loading/unloading only. Complimentary parking permit for Beer Main Car Park and Beer Head Car Park

Restrictions: 1 small pet allowed and a charge will apply.  Bed Linen and towels included.  

Notes: Gas central heating. Smart TV/Freeview, video, CD/radio.  Travel cot.  Please bring own dog towels

We couldn't fault the cottage, it was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Everything was needed was there.

Great apartment in a great location in a lovely coastal village. 5mins from the beach and within easy walk of Seaton and Branscombe along the coastal path.

The accommodation was small but sufficient just for the 2 of us. The steps up to the apartment were steep and I could image that this may prove difficult for the less able. We visited in October so a light outside the main door or at the bottom of the hall would have been useful to access the apartment. Parking is in the main car park in Beer, justRead more a short walk and we were able to park outside just to load and unload our luggage. Beer was a lovely place to stay with enough cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. On the whole we had a great few days. Hide

The cottage was as described cleaning of basics was adequate but for some reason there never dusted - which having a dust allergy its not good etc

Lovely little place to stay in a very convenient location. Advised that bedding was required but on arrival it turned out bedding was included which would have been good to know in advance.
