A great place for a holiday! With a large open plan living area, this beautifully refurbished central apartment will be a favourite for couples and groups, The south facing seating area and enclosed garden are a delight. 

Location:  In a tranquil position, just off Fore Street in the centre of the village.  The property is a very short level walk from the village shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, pubs and wine bar.  Just 5 minutes walk to the beach offering local fish, beach cafes, deck chairs, fishing trips and access to the famous Jurassic Coastal Path with its walks west to Branscombe and Sidmouth and east to Lyme Regis.
Accommodation:  Beautifully furnished throughout giving the real wow factor by the sea! 

Ground floor entrance: 

Bedroom 1 with deluxe king size bed, beautiful furniture including hanging rail.   Modern en-suite shower room with large shower, wash basin and WC.
Stairs to landing:  Hall area with hanging rail and storage for walking boots and wellies. 
Bedroom 2 with deluxe double bed, beautiful furniture including hanging rail and chest of drawers.  Directly across the landing leads to:
Family bathroom with power shower, WC and wash basin.
Open plan kitchen with all modern equipment including electric oven and hob, microwave, under the counter fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.

Dining/sitting room is a large open plan lounge/dining area, this room is light and airy with luxurious modern furnishings giving the place a boutique feel.  Spacious and very comfortable seating area to relax in and watch the TV with freeview sat and DVD player. The room opens onto a sun room which has large windows, lovely dining table for a romantic meal for two or a larger group with patio doors leading to:
Outside: pretty deck with luxury seating perfect for enjoying a warm sunny afternoon.  Separate patio area for alfresco dining with BBQ.  There is a further pretty enclosed lawned garden up some steps, perfect for days when you want to do nothing  We request that all young children are supervised when on the outside deck.

Facilities: New mod cons throughout including flat screen TVs with freeview, DVDs.  Wifi.  Luxury bed linen and towels.  Two hairdryers.  Charcoal BBQ.   Heating included. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Note:  you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.

Parking:  No parking at the property.  Complimentary parking permit for 1 car at Beer Main Car park.  The car park is a 7 minute walk from the property on level pavement.

Restrictions:  Smoking is not permitted within the cottage. A £150 refundable security deposit is taken against damage/breakages.  Changeover day is a Friday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seagrass, the location is brilliant as we love Beer, the 3 private outdoor spaces were brilliant & loved the outside seating in the decking area, we loved the decoration in the property too. Beer has got everything, fab restaurants, pubs, deli & wine bar, lovely independent shops, enjoyed the emporium & the high class Read morecraft fayre that was on for 2 days in the hall next to the church. Spent far too much as all so lovely. Although enjoyed crab sandwiches a couple of times, the fish shop weren't catching many crabs, due to the octopus eating them, so disappointed couldn't send any dressed crabs home to family which we've been able to do in the past but totally understand the pubs & restaurants come first and the crab sandwiches were delicious. We particularly enjoyed the coastal walks left & right, watching the fishing boats come in & just chilling in the village & beach. Lovely accommodation in a perfect location. Hide

Seagrass is a lovely apartment, clean well furnished and well equipped. I have to say having a back problem, that the beds are very comfortable and I didnt have a problem all week. It is in a perfect central location in the village. Only 5mins walk to the beach. Its nice that you can unload your car on arrival outside the apartment but then you leaRead moreve your car in the village car park which is no problem. The only problem we had in the car park was that the seagulls did give our car a dappled effect on the paintwork!!! Hide

The cottage really impressed us. Beautifully decorated and appointed. We were vey comfortable and relaxed there. The outside seating and rear garden are a bonus. Terrific location just a minute walk to shops, pubs and restaurants and three or four minutes to the beach. Lots of great dining options from beach kiosks to coffee shops, cafes, pubs, barRead mores and restaurants. The coastal path is a minute or two away and the walk to Branscombe Beach and Branscombe was tough but well worth the effort. There is a bus there and back from Beer Cross, a minute from the cottage. There is a grocery store by the Cross but opening hours and range is limited, so at least take essentials to get you started. Loved our five nights here. Hide

A lovely cottage, very well equipped and in a great position in Beer. Very spacious, the welcome pack and prosecco added a nice touch. We have stayed in luxury lodges which were not as well equipped as Seagrass !! I would certainly stay again and would very much recommend the property.

Living/dining/kitchen space flowed, with defined spaces. Comfortable and bright. Same for bedrooms and bathrooms etc. Slept very well! Use of outdoor decking space and rear garden a bonus for an apartment. Location in village perfect. Lots of shops, pubs, eateries. Everyone so friendly. Loved sunday breakfast on the beach. The property is in a wonderful position , just 5 mins to the beach. Lots of nice places to eat and walk . Did not need my car the whole time I was there . Owner was friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend

Absolutely amazing holiday home ! Superbly combining old features with new stylish decor. Great location right in the centre of Beer. Luxury white high thread count bedding. Lovely outside decking area with sofa style eating was an added bonus on a beautiful sunny week. Highly recommend and the Prosecco in the fridge was such a nice welcome !

A great place to stay! The location is perfect right in the middle of the village but nice and quiet and a short walk from the beach. Everything has been thought of and it was easy to relax and unwind here, really comfortable and spacious too. Highly recommended!

This was our second visit to Seagrass this year. The accommodation is well situated with all you need within a short walk including the beach. The accommodation is very well equipped. Found it very tidy on arrival both times. The welcoming bottle of Prosecco was nice touch and needed after a 3.5 hour drive.

We have stayed at this apartment now for the last 5 years and have booked again for next year. Would highly recommend as the location in the village is ideal for all amenities and gives privacy in a quiet position. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

The accommodation is well laid out. The kitchen has been designed well with everything you would need fitted in the space. It is well situated with only short walks to the good selection of pubs, restaurants and the beach. It is definitely somewhere we would look to return to at some stage.

A great place to stay, very close to the shops, beach and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved our stay and would recommend Seagrass as an excellent place to explore Eat Devon.
