A stunning new-build home which is carefully designed and well equipped to a high standard as a light, modern and comfortable living space, the property is conveniently located for year-round access to the renowned blue flag beach at Westward Ho!, ideal for surfers, dog walkers and beachgoers with its dramatic coastline.

The seafront is one of the most popular surf and swim spots in North Devon, combining a large expanse of sand with pebbles, grasslands and a diverse beachscape making it perfect for families, sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts alike. There are plenty of areas to settle down with a picnic, or for more active pursuits, the options of rockpooling or surfing. Westward Ho! is an ideal destination for those who like to bring their dogs on holiday with them, as your pet is allowed on the beach all year around, with just a few restrictions in the summer months.

Westward Ho! Is a popular seaside town with an array of pubs, restaurants and tea rooms close to the property, and one of the oldest and most renowned golf clubs in the country nearby.
Silver Birches is a stunning new home in a small, private development, located within a desirable area of Westward Ho! and offers private parking for two vehicles.

The hallway to the accommodation offers a light, spacious entrance leading to a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, and an open plan kitchen/dining room and living area. The ground floor bedroom is furnished in a contemporary style, with a king sized bed and large wardrobe, and the light and roomy downstairs bathroom features a walk in shower, WC and sink.

Through to the large, elegant open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge where a spacious seating area provides a comfortable space to relax after a fun filled day at the beach. The social area is supplied with a luxurious corner sofa, large smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker and underfloor heating. French doors lead out to the very large enclosed private garden, ideal for the summer months. The modern and sleek kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary appliances and includes a substantial dining area and a wine cooler. The ground floor of the property also features a generously sized utility room fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and access to the private garage which holds a full sized table tennis table and an electric car charging point.

Up to the first floor and there are two large bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king sized bed, and a second room with twin beds. Both first floor bedrooms feature generous wardrobe space, and impressive en suite bathrooms.

Great property for 5 adults, 2 of which were elderly ( downstairs bedroom and bathroom), and 2 dogs (enclosed garden). The location worked well for us. The house is in a lovely quiet location. A 15-20 min walk downhill to the beach and town. We had some issues with the cookware which hadnt been cleaned and no WiFi which we had to resolve ourselves! Great garden which is very private and secure for dogs. Downstairs has underfloor heating which was lovely. We loved the airy modern feel of the property and made use of the comfortable garden seating every morning and evening. The spacious garden was ideal for the dogs and well maintained. The 10 min walk to the seafront was perfect but the uphill return walk was pretty hard core.

Modern spacious clean property in quiet location. About 20 mins walk from amazing beach. Dog owners should be aware that during the summer season the dog friendly area of beach is about another 20 mins walk further away. Good selection of local shops/cafes/restaurants.
