Getting your luggage to the property has to be factored (uphill climb from the car park + 2 floors of the apartment block) Once you get into the property, the views are excellent. We had some lovely time at the property especially the views at sun down. Also, the property is decently equipped and the wine / goodies were a welcome treat!

Handy location for access to all amenities in Swanage and access to some great bits of the SW Coast Path. View out of the flat living room window provides distant view to the sea interspersed with puffs of steam and smoke of the train on the heritage railway.

The flat was really lovely inside. The warnings of the steep access is valid but as long as you know, its fine. The flat was furnished beautifully and all very comfortable, lots of storage space, warm and cosy with amazing views. Easy walking to Swanage centre and seafront. Good to have a parking space too. We thought we were the only ones in the wRead morehole block, it was so quiet. Good communication a nice welcome bottle of wine (and milk and cheese biscuits). Would stay again. Hide

A good value and well appointed flat with a great view over Swanage to Ballard Down and the Bay. Clean and tidy and well maintained. Only 'downside' is the access up from the parking which is an extremely steep narrow ramp with handrails, and two flights of stairs within the block, so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

There is a steep path to climb from the car park to the entrance. If you have a big car the parking spaces is quite tight.

Lovely apartment in great location. Just a short stroll to the town, beach and the shops and a great base for exploring the rest of the surrounding area. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and a fantastic view to enjoy with our breakfast or evening meal.

We had a very enjoyable stay everything we needed..Lovely view and very comfortable accommodation..Only problem for us as we both have knee and back problems was the slope which we were not expecting to be as steep and then the 2 flights of stairs with suitcases we found very difficult

We had a lovely stay, thank you. The views from the lounge are stunning and well worth the 2 flights of stairs. We enjoyed looking out at the rooftops, sea, and hills as well as catching glimpses of the steam train. The flat was very well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Plenty of natural light which made it airy too. Lots of storaRead morege in the bedrooms and plenty of hot water. Its in a handy location for the town and sea too, with walks downhill in a couple of directions taking 10-15 minutes for the able bodied. There is also a convenient Spar shop a few minutes walk away. And a Chinese takeaway even closer. The parking space is certainly useful but a little tight, and as indicated in the description, because the parking is below the flats and all is set on a hill side you do need to walk up quite a steep slope to get to the entrance. This is a public pavement and does benefit from a hand rail. Communication with original cottages was good, with emails and texts giving instructions in good time. Hide

We booked this for 3 nights and the location was ideal for walking into Swanage and all it had to offer. The bottle of wine, milk and biscuits was a nice gesture. All the rooms are quite small but clean and tidy. It's practical and functional but not luxurious so depends what you want and on your budget.

The flat is very comfortable and so clean. It had everything we needed. It is perfectly situated too. Only a short walk into the town. The views were amazing - hadnt really thought before to be on the 2nd floor, but you can see the steam train and the bay.
