Completely refurbished contemporary split level apartment sleeping two, situated in the most popular, exquisite and sought after location in Fowey. Commanding panoramic views from the balcony across the estuary and to the iridescent sea beyond, this beautiful Victorian home has a distinct taste of luxury. The town itself, with its array of shops and award winning restaurants is a five minute walk from the property, as is the picturesque Readymoney Cove which is just a short amble in the opposite direction. The whole area is surrounded by many miles of outstanding countryside and coastline some of which is under the ownership of the National Trust, ideal for the hikers among you. We are sure you will want to return here again and again!

The Loft@Kylgenna can be booked along with the separate property The Lodge@Kylgenna (sleeps 6) for a total of 8 guests. The adjoining door can be unlocked for easy access if requested at the time of booking.

Entrance: Accessed from the rear of the property across a decked area.

A few steps up to LEVEL ONE:
Bedroom: King-size bed (5'), built in double wardrobes with chest of drawers/cupboards over, views across the river to Polruan and the sea beyond, original feature fireplace.
Bathroom: Bath, thermostatic shower, basin.
Cloakroom: Basin, w.c.

LEVEL TWO:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: 43” Smart TV, DVD player, DVDs books games, Bluetooth speaker, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, induction hob, built-in electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, breakfast bar. French doors providing magnificent views across to Polruan, Fowey river and the sea beyond.

OUTSIDE & PARKING: Balcony area with bistro table and seating for two, outstanding views of Fowey river, Polruan and the sea beyond. There is an allocated parking space to the rear of the property clearly signposted ‘The Loft@Kylgenna'.

EV Charger Available: Guests to pay through the Monta App. Guests will need their own cable as the charger is untethered


Power and Heat: Gas & electricity included in rent, gas central heating, heated towel rail.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Really enjoyed our holiday in this lovely warm apartment. The view is second to none and the position of the parking space so close to the front door is a major benefit in Fowey. The walk into town is less than 10 minutes, mostly gentle with a couple of very short steep bits. We look forward to a return visit.

We come back every year to the Loft. The place is stunning. Also communication with holiday cottages and the owner couldnt be better. Will be booking again very soon

We stayed at the loft for the first week in December. The place has great views and is in a good location. Sadly we found the property a little dated and in need of an update. Some equipment could do with replacing and maybe more required. The apartment is only for two but after eating there was no plates left to eat anything else off and we couldnRead more't wash them up as there was no washing up liquid provided. The place was a little cold with no way to turn the heating on after it had turned itself off after 20 minutes. With a bit of TLC this property could be an amazing place to stay. Hide

Excellent location. Close to restaurants, pubs, shops. Bonus was a parking space which was one of the resons we booked this properry. Comfortable large bedview with a great view. Lucky anough to be able to have breakfast at the start of the week on the balcony. Good to have Cornish welcome pack on arrival. Would definately stay again.

Tastefully furnished, comfy bed, Stunning views that we could never tire of. Off street parking which is a luxury in Fowey! Walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. Great for walking and swimming in the sea. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely return!

Fabulous position on the Esplanade overlooking both the estuary and the open sea. Very comfortable and well equipped. All rooms,are light, bright and airy. The top floor balcony affords panoramic views. Close to all of the Fowey amenities and Ready Money Cove beach

Thoughtfully laid out with the living room at the top to take advantage of those views. Very well equipped and really comfortable. Having a parking space is a real bonus and you could easily spend a week without needing to move the car at all.

Wonderful views spoiled by some blown glass in the French windows. Good easy parking and within walking distance to the village. A balcony to sit on in good weather. A huge very comfortable bed.

Fabulous view and great location and helpful that you can get to the property by level access at the rear. Its a few minutes walk into the centre and the polruan ferry . We had great weather so that helped, we would definitely use the property again.
