Peace and tranquility are exactly what you will find here! Completely detached with its own garden, this cottage oozes character and charm. Set in the beautiful Luxulyan valley which is renowned for its ancient broad-leaved woodland and river, the valley spans out to approximately 2 miles and is home to a variety of wildlife and over 40 species of fern. Truly a walker’s paradise with The Saints Way trail just a stone’s throw away leading you to Padstow in one direction and Fowey the other.... The Newquay branch line is conveniently situated within the village providing you with access to the majority of Cornwall. You’ll find plenty to do during your stay with the Eden Project close by, Restormel Castle, Mevagissey, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Looe, Fowey, Charlestown and Lostwithiel, Lanhydrock House or why not hire a bike and cycle the Camel Trail from Bodmin to Wadebridge and then on to Padstow!

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Highchair provided. (Please request at time of booking)

The cottage was perfect. Central to everywhere. It was a delight to spend the afternoon just relaxing watching the rabbits play. And the deer that visited the garden to. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Its very cosy and absolutely delightful to stay with a few things were clearly more used to in our everyday lives and so the difference is unfortunately noticeable especially in the small bedroom.

An absolutely wonderful cottage. Fantastic location, just a short walk from the local pub / restaurant and lots of things to do within a 20 minute drive. There is a lovely large garden which provides quiet outdoor privacy, shared only with deer, hedghogs, rabbits and goldfish. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place for you, set on the edge of the village with wonderful views of the countryside. There is a local shop/post office, pub and railway station all within walking distance. The barn is very well equipped with a lovely welcome pack on our arrival. We stayed for 2 weeks and were amazed to find a Read morechange of towels/bedding halfway through - never had this before so were delighted! Good location for exploring both East & West Cornwall.
