Puttsborough is a superb 3 bedroom detached house. Situated at the beginning of a cul-de-sac which has private access to Northam Burrows, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and Site of Special Scientific Interest and also the famous Royal North Devon Golf Club - the oldest in the country.  The property has three bedrooms, two king (one on the ground floor) and one twin room with zip 'n' link option to super king (on request). Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and there is also a family bathroom.

With the help of an interior designer the owners have created a lovely holiday home with beautifully colour coordinated furnishings and unusual fixtures and fittings. There is a small enclosed garden with table and chairs and a barbecue area. Within walking distance of the Blue Flag sandy, surfing beach and a good choice of family friendly cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Ground floor:

Bedroom 1: King-size bed, USB port, Smart TV,  patio doors to garden. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

Lounge/kitchen/diner: Smart TV's and DVD + Netflix, Bluetooth Soundbar, Google Home Mini. Storage unit containing books and games. Double electric oven, touch control hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, 4 slice toaster. Ninja Air Fryer, Bluetooth, digital.  Google mini home.

Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, hangers for drying wetsuits on hooks outside.

First Floor:

Bedroom 2: Twin beds with Zip 'n' link facility to super king (on request), Smart TV USB port.

Bedroom 3: King-size bed, TV, USB port, Google Mini Home, bi-fold doors to balcony. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

A well located and very well furnished property on a modern development next door to the Royal North Devon Golf Course. The kitchen/dining area has everything you need to self cater, with enough storage for use by those renting and plenty of utensils/crockery and cooking equipment provided. The lounge area is comfortable with a variety of seRead moreating and a large tv. There is also a well equipped utility and outside seating area with bbq. All 3 bedrooms are beautifully furnished and all areas have a selection of what look like furniture made from reclaimed timber etc, tastefully reused and repurposed, a great idea. We had a fabulous week in a very well thought out and relaxing property, close to many well know spots in North Devon such as Clovelly, Bude, Woolacombe and Ilfracombe, ideal if you wish to explore the many beautiful places in this lovely county. We found the cottage to be very well appointed, well equipped and very comfortable. The living spaces are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The decoration and fixtures and fittings are high specification and contemporary. The pre arrival correspondence from both the owner and the housekeeper was very much appreciated. The welcome pack waRead mores unexpected but gratefully appreciated. Overall, we felt privileged to stay at the property and would book again without a second thought. The accommodation was comfortable, well presented and well equipped. A good base for walking the South West Coast path. Westward Ho! centre 10 mins walk away

Comfortable, modern, well maintained & well equipped holiday accommodation in a pleasant setting. Within walking distance of local cafes and the beach. Both the owner & caretaker were very helpful. Would highly recommend property.

An attractively furnished spacious comfortable house with a safe enclosed garden where meals can be taken and young children play. 15 minutes or so on foot to the beach by road or across the marshes. Good facilities at the beach and in the small settlement for a family holiday. A lovely place.

Our family had a wonderful holiday in this warm, comfortable and well equipped house. Beds are extremely comfortable. The location is ideal for the beach or walking on the Northam Burrows. We enjoyed the museum and cafe on the Burrows plus the children loved the playground in the town. We hope to return.

The house is beautifully well kept, in an ideal location to the town and seaside! The rooms are large and spacious whilst still feeling cozy and aesthetic. A lovely welcome basket filled with goodies awaits you on arrival, we'll be back soon !

We just had a really lovely break at Puttsborough, we came for the golf at Westward Ho! although blustery it was lovely to come back to such a welcoming house with the woodburner in the evenings, thank you for the welcome pack! much appreciated.

Just had a great stay in this lovely home, and the welcome pack on arrival was just what we needed. Mixed weather but some glorious days golfing and exploring the area.
