Nestled on the outskirts of Aldeburgh, just a short distance from the village of Aldringham, you'll find the charming Little Rose. This recently refurbished ground floor annexe has been transformed into a light, comfortable and welcoming space for two looking to rest and recharge their batteries on the Suffolk coast.
This bijou space has been transformed to provide a relaxing getaway for two. A small ramp from the enclosed garden leads up to the double french doors which open into the open plan living area. Cleverly zoned and with a exposed vaulted ceiling and supporting beams, this space is perfect to enjoy in all seasons. A sitting area with Smart TV occupies one end of the room, whilst the other plays home to the fitted kitchen, complete with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A small dining table and chairs is a great space to sit to enjoy a spot of breakfast, or some fish and chips from the Aldeburgh town centre.
To the rear of Little Rose you will find the master bedroom. Here a double bed awaits, with a wardrobe for storage; you'll be very comfortable here. The shower room is deceptively spacious and has the benefit of step-free access, ideal for those who may shy away from a large number of steps.
Given its' location, Little Rose truly is a great space for all ages and interests. Being on the outskirts of Aldeburgh, you can avoid the stress and busyness during the peak times thanks to your own private parking space and large, West-facing, enclosed patio garden. Little Rose is also set back from the road via a small track, giving guests a sense of privacy and tranquility. Keen cyclists and walkers will love exploring the surrounding roads and footpaths; be sure to enjoy the delights of not only Aldeburgh and Aldringham, but Thorpeness, Westleton and Middleton too. Foodie lovers will love this area; with plenty of independent cafes, restaurants and pubs just a short drive or cycle away.
So if you're longing for an escape from the city, or perhaps a getaway with your other half; Little Rose will be your perfect restorative remedy. Pub: 1.4 miles, Shop: 1.7 miles, Beach: 2.3 miles

Aldeburgh and the surrounding area has inspired many authors and poets in the past but the most famous son of the town is Benjamin Britten who founded the Aldeburgh Music Festival which now has worldwide acclaim and is held every year in June at Snape Maltings. Fishermen still pull their colourful boats up on the shingle beach and sell fresh fish from the picturesque huts. The wide, mainly Georgian high street has many attractive buildings whilst the seafront properties all have commanding views of the beach and the North Sea. Boating is popular on the nearby Alde estuary where a large variety of yachts can be seen at summer weekends.
