Accommodation was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We stayed for four nights (5 adults and 1 dog) and were not disappointed. The property was very comfortable and well appointed. A real home from home. The location was absolutely spectacular with un-impeded views out to sea. As others have described, its like being on a cruise ship. We loved our week there and will definitely be back.

This is a perfect get away location especially if you have four legged friends. When the tide is in, the upper level which has a really comfy seating area is spectacular and gives the effect of being on a cruise ship. We would definitely return. Some days we had the huge long beach to ourselves. Thank you to the owners for sharing it! :-)

This was our second stay at Heacham House. We weren't so lucky with the weather this year though, thanks Storm Floris! Still, the sea views are amazing and there was plenty of space for the six of us to spread out whilst we were house bound.

Not sure the property is still rated 5 star. Whilst the house is lovely, it is tired inside and needs some TLC together with a deep clean.
