Garden: To the front of the cottage there is a fully enclosed and spacious courtyard garden with table and chairs, there is also the added advantage of a novel warm outside shower ideal for washing off sand and salt-water between April and September. To the rear there is a second courtyard garden also with table and chairs. Secure bike storage available in the courtyard.
Parking: Roadway parking. As there is no private parking at the cottage, however there are options very close at the pay & display car parks. Coronation Car Park (High Street) approx 80m from the property, and Quayside car park which is free to all National Trust members, provided you display an appropriate window sticker. There is a also a free car park at the Village hall which is approx 400m from the property.

Blakeney National Nature Reserves is a well-known part of the county with a beautiful harbour and located on the popular coastal path. Popular with locals and visitors to the area are visiting the seal colonies by boat with trips available from Blakeney and neighbouring Morston where you can enjoy close-up views of the grey seal colony. This location allows easy access to discover the impressive coastal region with charming villages such as Cley-next-the-Sea, Wells-next-the-Sea, Burnham Market and Brancaster to the west. The area is renowned for its natural beauty and is a natural haven for sailors, bird watchers and families alike with quays and creeks to explore and wide sandy beaches to play on. With coastal walks on your doorstep there is plenty to enjoy locally as well as RSPB centres to visit and within easy reach such as Cley-next-the-Sea with viewing galleries directly over the salt marshes.
