Alternatively, take the easy 15-mile drive to Alnwick where film fans can visit the castle which featured in many magical films. While you’re there, take a trip to the impressive Alnwick Gardens or the picturesque marketplace and enjoy a meal in one of the traditional pubs or stylish bistros.
