Sea views really do not get much better than from this fabulous modern ground floor apartment set just a few minutes stroll from The Esplanade and glorious three mile stretch of golden sands. The stylish open plan living room with comfy leather sofas and well equipped modern kitchen area has full width patio doors opening onto a lovely decked balcony. There is plenty of room to sit and take in the stunning views while enjoying an al fresco meal or to simply relax with a book or the morning paper. The two attractive bedrooms are set off a hallway to the rear. The master double has an ensuite shower room and the sea views can even be appreciated from the comfort of your bed, what a wonderful way to start the day! The twin room has a window with obscure glass for privacy and is served by a pristine modern bathroom. To the rear of the apartment is a communal drying area for wet suits and to the front a private parking space. With a wonderful selection of shops pubs and restaurants, Woolacombe is a popular choice for couples and families. The award winning blue flag beach is ideal for surfers and the small coves dotted along the Esplanade are great for those looking for a more peaceful setting. With miles of National Trust countryside on the doorstep including the fabulous coastal path, Bay View is also an ideal choice for walkers at any time of year.

Superb views from the front room/kitchen. Apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable. The only thing I would point out to potential guests would be the hill leading up to the apartment from the village centre and beach though we managed fine.

Good location, though, like many properties in Woolacombe, up a steep hill. Lovely views across the bay and to Lundy. The ensuite shower is much better than it looks, as it's quite small but the water pressure is good. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of mugs, cutlery, etc, which isn't always the case with holiday lets. The only real dRead moreownside for us was the narrow parking bay which made parking quite tricky when there was a car parked opposite as well as cars both sides. Fortunately, there's plenty of walking to do without using a car, plus a bus service to Ilfracombe and Barnstaple, so we didn't have to negotiate the parking too many times. Hide

The cottage was superb. Clean throughout with everything you need for a lovely holiday, which we had. The views were stunning and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, which I'm certain we will.

The location was superb, although the second set of steps were uneven and difficult to negotiate especially if carry heavy bags, the interior was beyond our expectation, well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and fridge and freezer, as stated in the booking details you only need to bring beach towels.

Apartment was modern, private, clean & comfortable, balcony also perfect for our 2 dogs. Road to/from beach is steep so might not suit everyone. Woolacombe is a lovely place, and we would recommend this apartment which is only 7-8 mins walk to the beach.

The views are amazing and the apartment is extremely comfortable with a lovely homely feel, the beds are incredibly comfortable and shower pressure - so much better than my own home! Kitchen facilities are great, everything we needed with special touches with the tea, coffee & biccies and dog bowls and mat. Thank you for a lovely holiday. The walRead morek back from the beach is quite steep as you would expect from a costal apartment, but great excercise, but caution for those with less mobility with steps to the apartment. Thank you. Although the decoration and furnishings are a little tired, it was the cleanest cottage I have stayed in. Very well equipped and good supplies. Comfortable beds. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Parking spot can be tight if vehicles parked opposite but great to have one.
