A stunning example of a town-centre terraced house reconfigured and styled to the highest standards. Jwala was a racing horse belonging to the owners and who holds a special place in their hearts. A nod to her memory is reflected in the pretty, stained-glass window above the front door. This house symbolizes what people love about the Padstow area with vibrant Cornish glass wall-art, a colour palette of sea blues, turquoises and white throughout, views to the Camel estuary from the master bedroom and a wonderful, south-facing garden which is perfect for al fresco dining and socialising.

Set in a quiet spot yet within moments from the bustling harbour, Jwala will suit a family or friends wanting stylish facilities in a fantastic location. With open-plan living accommodation on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and the master bedroom at the top there is space to spread out. Children will love the bespoke bunk beds with their built-in steps and their own TV whilst the adults will take delight in the high specification kitchen with electric AGA and granite worktop. We love Padstow and come 2/3 times per year. Don't think we would return to this property as very small for 4 adults and 2 children. Not having parking even though we knew it had no parking it was a real inconvenience with 2 small children. Also we were very cold in the property but it was very cold when we stayed.

This is a beautiful property, well laid out. Flat walk to Padstow harbour. We paid 63.00 for a Rover ticket off the Cornwall Council website & parked on the top Link Road car park. This allows you to park in any council car park for free & was only a short walk down the hill through the churchyard to the property. You can pay 45 in the harbour car Read morepark but it gets full quick & is a longer walk up a slight hill to the property. There was a few niggly bits at the house. No microwave or air fryer so it takes at least 2 hours to cook on the electric aga. Ended up frying a lot of it & ate out. The sofas have been changed from the picture. They are just as bad. Far too deep, too soft & low down. Kept tilting in the middle, no where to put your cup either. There are 4 tvs, none of these are Smart TVs which are advertised. No Netfix or apps, just freeview no HD. Very disappointed had to use my iPad. Also the kettle is a travel kettle. Can just get 3 cups out of it! However this is a beautiful property. Lovely garden which we sat out in, very comfy beds & beautiful furniture. Lovely showers & fittings as well. Children will love the 3rd bedroom. Also no hangers or blinds in the top floor bedroom, Cornwall soapbox sell eye masks for 9.99 if needed. Which I did. Used 3rd bedroom for my clothes. Gorgeous views from top floor & loved hearing the bells ringing from the church. I would still recommend. Hide

Lovely location with a garden which is a bonus in Padstow but overall disappointing for the price. A lot of high end furnishings which was nice but a lot of basics missing.

This was a great cottage for us and my brothers family. My nephew absolutely loved the childrens room. We all found the beds very comfortable.

This cottage is in a great location. 4 mins walk to the harbour where you can find delicious restaurants and pubs. The local Spa is only a 2 mins walk. So central location with all amenities surrounding you. No parking spot but we just bought a weeks parking at the harbour car park. Didnt have a problem parking. Then just over a 5mins walk back tRead moreo the cottage. The cottage is decorated very nice. It has everything you need. All kitchen utensils, hairdryers, iron & board. 2 bathrooms both with showers. Great back garden if you bring a dog and great sun trap for a G&T. My only small gripe would be the sofa. It is very low and maybe not suitable for some people. 1 mile walk to the local beach. Also worth driving to Constantine Bay and Harlyn Bay. A great place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. Highly recommend. Hide
