A beautiful, cozy cottage with a lot of natural charm. It was a great pleasure to stay here for the weekend and enjoy the peace and quiet it had to offer. The view was wonderful and great to see in all weathers. The cottage itself was also a treat to cozy up and read a book or watch a dvd with a coffee or glass of wine.

Ideally placed for exploring Swaledale, a pretty cottage with the bonus of a little summer house to sit in and admire the view. The only negatives I would say are the steepness of the stairs to the first floor and the steep step from the main bedroom, otherwise, perfect.

A beautifully presented cottage. Furniture uncomfortable although looks lovely. Step up into main bedroom needs extra step, far too high. Informed on arrival no washing machine, resulting in us leaving a day earlier than booking as was easier option to visiting a launderette, if there even is one locally? Surprised there is no welcome pack on arrivRead moreal. Couldn't even have a brew! Poor considering the standard of property and cost. Would recommend but my points are valid and need addressing. Wardell Hall Cottage is a truly cosy refuge from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Set in the Dales in a picturesque location.
