Wayside has contemporary urban styling throughout which has been put together with great attention to detail.  The property has very high ceilings which gives a very spacious feel. In the lounge you will find comfortable leather sofas a large smart TV and Sky box, a great space to relax in front of the wood burning stove after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The kitchen diner has a relaxed feel and has been fitted out with modern appliances for the convenience of preparing lovely home cooked meals. Upstairs the master bedroom is spacious with views out over open countryside. Bedroom two is a twin room and has a quirky urban feel. Bedroom three is a single room again with an urban vibe. The cottage has a modern contemporary bathroom with a double ended bath and wash basin fitted into a bespoke unit.

The whole property has a very tranquil upbeat vibe and would be a great space for family or friends to spend time together. The garden has open views over the dales a lovely seating area where you can enjoy a quiet drink and watch the sunset from a south facing garden. Located close to the stunning Aysgarth Falls and within a short drive to Leyburn with lots of bars, restaurants and quirky shops to browse through.

A beautiful, very well equipped cottage. Third bedroom mattress is best for children (or very light person) but an excellent cottage, in walking distance of the visitors centre, great in the village. Coffee machine takes Tasimo pods if you like real coffee (there is a cafetiere too).

Lovely, comfortable home from home, in a quiet setting, very close to Aysgarth Falls and a short walk to the pub, where the staff were very welcoming.

Great cottage. Very comfortable bed and sofas. Very spacious house, great kitchen. Fabulous garden which we really enjoyed and was almost completely dog proof (we just put a watering can in front of one of the gates to stop our smallest terrier slipping through to the next garden). Great walks all day long in every direction from the cottage. LoveRead morely food rom the pub (they do take away too). No local shop for miles though so need own supplies (or pub take away!), the cottage owner kindly supplied tea/coffee, biscuits and a couple of cute little milk bottles. Thank you, we enjoyed the peace and tranquility. Hide

The property was lovely and had everything you needed .The bed was really comfortable and we slept well.The garden was fully enclosed which was very good for our two french bulls. The village pub was in walking distance and the food and drink was exceptional. We would definitely return.
