On entrance there’s space for coats and shoes, a hallway leads you to the light and airy living/dining room with a comfortable L shaped sofa and large flat screen TV, the dining table is ideally situated by the unusual circular bay windows, allowing you to dine with a view.
Just off the living room, the stylish kitchen with built in appliances and under counter lighting has plenty of space and is well equipped with all you need to enjoy a break at the seaside.
Across the hallway, there are two bedrooms comprising of a master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite shower room, plus a twin bedroom with 2 ft 6 zip and link beds that can be joined to make a king size.
There is an additional good-sized modern family bathroom with shower over bath, allowing plenty of space and comfort for a group of four.
A quick 5 minute walk from Penlu will take you to the town centre with its vibrant mix of independent retailers, restaurants and galleries. Not to mention of course the beautiful sandy beach and Victorian Pier. Durlston Castle and Country Park is less than a mile away, as is the South West coastal path leading along the majestic Jurassic Coast.
