Penlu is a modern purpose-built apartment located in an elevated position, close to the centre of town. No 5 is on the second floor and has the benefit of a lift, allocated parking space and sea views. Perfect!

Decorated throughout to a very high standard, a warm welcome awaits you in this attractive and comfortable two bed apartment. The open plan living/dining room feels light and spacious, the floor to ceiling half turret windows commands superb views down to the town centre and out to sea beyond; great for watching the world go by.  

The apartment has been thoughtfully presented throughout with beautiful local artwork, stylish furnishing and great attention to detail in every room. On entrance there’s space for coats and shoes, a hallway leads you to the light and airy living/dining room with a comfortable L shaped sofa and large flat screen TV, the dining table is ideally situated by the unusual circular bay windows, allowing you to dine with a view.

Just off the living room, the stylish kitchen with built in appliances and under counter lighting has plenty of space and is well equipped with all you need to enjoy a break at the seaside.

Across the hallway, there are two bedrooms comprising of a master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite shower room, plus a twin bedroom with 2 ft 6 zip and link beds that can be joined to make a king size.

There is an additional good-sized modern family bathroom with shower over bath, allowing plenty of space and comfort for a group of four.

A quick 5 minute walk from Penlu will take you to the town centre with its vibrant mix of independent retailers, restaurants and galleries. Not to mention of course the beautiful sandy beach and Victorian Pier. Durlston Castle and Country Park is less than a mile away, as is the South West coastal path leading along the majestic Jurassic Coast.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, a bit of a squeeze in the living room for four adults. Within five minutes walk downhill to High street shops, restaurants and seafront. We hope to visit again.

Well appointed accommodation decorated with very thoughtful decor by someone who obviously cares about the detail. It was also exceptionally clean with perfume sachets in all the drawers. The place is a credit to the owner and shall definitely be staying again.

The apartment was excellent, in fact I feel it's the best holiday apartment we have stayed at, it was so clean well equipped and comfortable and the little touches made all the difference i.e. the information booklet and leaflets on the local area even the tea, coffee and biscuits. We also found eating out in Swanage a pleasure.

The flat was exceptionally clean and so beautifully decorated. The room fresheners made the whole flat smell wonderful. The milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely welcome. The sea view when you were having breakfast was perfect. A quiet flat where you could relax.

A quality rental maintained to a high standard. Very comfortable, lovely views, and well equipped. Parking a challenge but not impossible for a small car. We were only here for 4 nights, and wish it was for longer. We thoroughly recommend this apartment. Water filter very welcome. The water in Swanage is very hard

This is a lovely flat, well equipped for cooking and eating, comfortable, and beautifully clean on arrival. The views over the bay were lovely, even in the wintry weather of February Half Term, and its location was superb.

We had a lovely stay in this flat which felt like a home from home. Lots of lovely touches. Location was excellent and the car parking space was very useful (even if it did take some precise manoeuvring!). Loved the sea views.

A really lovely flat with a gorgeous view. I thoroughly recommend it, as long as you are fit enough to walk up the steep hill from the centre of town.

Great flat! Everything you need for your holiday in a great location. Fish and chips at the bottom of the hill was fantastic. 5 mins walk to the town centre for great shops. Open top bus to Bournemouth was fun! Steam train to Corfe also great!
