Top Deck is a first floor apartment located in a building full of character, as it previously served as part of the Cable & Wireless training school for 100 years before closing in 1970. Sleeping four in two bedrooms, this cosy apartment comes complete with homely amenities and comfortable interiors to make your stay a memorable one. Not to mention the unbeatable location of sitting in the picturesque valley of Porthcurno and walking distance to the beach. Also just a short walk away is the famous Minack Theatre, where you can be entertained in a theatre like no other, complete with breathtaking views where you may even catch a glimpe of a basking shark in the background! Just a short drive away is the nearby Land's End and the sandy surfers paradise beach at Sennen Cove which are just three miles away. Porthcurno beach cafe is minutes away from the apartment, ideal for that morning coffee or a Cornish cream tea. 

Top Deck is above another property on our portfolio called Beachcomber (sleeps 5) which is perfect for if you are looking to holiday with friends or family but want your own space.

FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT
Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with DVD player, CD player and glimpses of the sea from bay windows.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside units, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath and shower over, basin, separate WC and basin.

GARDEN AND PARKING: No garden. Two reserved parking spaces in private car park. 
Use of tennis courts opposite the apartments for a small fee.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Central heating, storage heaters.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Cot and highchair available on request, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 2.4 miles Pub: 3.5 miles

NOTES: Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception is limited.

Top deck was fabulous, very well equipped with everything you could need from egg cups to board games and more. Really comfortable bed, lovely fluffy towels, flowers and a really handy pack of tea/ coffee sugar to start us off. We had a brilliant time in Top Deck. Perfect location near the beach. Really cosy and comfy apartment.

Close to the beach, very clean and homely, flowers and biscuits on arrival as well as coffee and tea were appreciated.
