Carn Base, named after the rocky bank which lies two miles of the Longships lighthouse. The three bedroomed, well equipped bungalow is situated secluded, boasting location just yards from Sennen Cove and beautiful views of the golden Whitesand Bay from the lounge. Sennen Cove offers the lifeboat station (a must for the children), independent eateries and galleries, The Old Success pub for local Cornish ale, the Boathouse Stores selling essentials including Cornish pasties, Surf school and the excellent Ben Tunnicliffe Restaurant. Catch the open top bus to explore St. Ives, only 50 yards away. Eat al fresco in the garden and end your Cornish adventures with an evening walk along the coastal paths whilst taking in breathtaking scenery of this unspoilt area of Cornwall.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: Smart TV with DVD player, sofa, arm chair, dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining table.

GARDEN AND PARKING: Lawned garden, patio with outdoor furniture. Parking for two cars.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 dog; £25 per week. Dog must be caged when left alone in the property.
Power and Heat: Wi-Fi provided, oil central heating, electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Cot and highchair more can be hired.
Shop: 3.4 mls Pub: 500 yds

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Driveway to the road is quite steep so not suitable for guests with mobility problems.

Carn Base is a lovely property in a great location and well equipped. We had a fab stay and explored lots of the south west tip of Cornwall.

Just returned home from a wonderful week at Carn Base. The property was spotless and the view from the living room was absolutely amazing. Beds were comfortable and the sound of the sea at night was a delight and a something that I miss now Im home. The property had everything we could have needed and the shower was brilliant. The location of the pRead moreroperty is excellent and no need to venture out anywhere else as the beach is superb and has everything we needed. Fabulous walk to Lands End which is a real treat. Cant wait to come back here would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sennen Cove. Hide

Could not sleep as mattresses were cheap and full of springs also a bad smell consistent either their septic tank or ??? Was told it was an enclosed garden that is why I picked this for my dog to get out without worrying about her the outdoor furniture was covered in cobwebs and old the house felt damp inside and very dated also advises on the wRead moreebsite that we could take our dog to the beach ! Not the case dogs are not allowed on until after 6 in the evening .. poor amenities all closed at 4pm daytime except pub and restaurant we had to go 40 minute drive in supermarket as the local 1 shop sold very very basic feel as though at over a 1000 for a week we were ripped off would not recommend Hide

Carn Base is ideally placed in one of the most beautiful locations in Kernow. It was a perfect size for our family, and just sitting in the living room looking at the bay was a pleasure. A short walk from shop, cafe anymore Old Success inn, it really can't be bettered. We loved it. The owners are really friendly.

A great bungalow, very spacious for our family of four. Has everything we need. Super location looking out over Sennen Cove. Great to be able to walk down to the beach in 5 minutes, no fighting for a spot in the car park. Great to be able to see the sea from the front room, watching the waves crash over the rocks and the harbour wall. Also, love SeRead morennen Surf Centre, 5 minutes walk, on the beach front. Hide
