Sundowner is a three bedroom ground floor apartment located in the picturesque valley of Porthcurno. Complete with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and diner for those lazy evenings and French doors leading out to your own patio and garden. Dine al fresco in the afternoon sun after a day exploring this wonderful corner of Cornwall. Sleeping six guests, this property is perfect for a family holiday as it is only a short walk from one of the most picturesque beaches in the country. Not to mention only being a 15 minute walk to the famous Minack Theatre. Land's End and the golden sand surfing beach at Sennen Cove are just three miles away. Porthcurno beach cafe is five minutes walk, ideal for that morning coffee or a Cornish cream tea and the Logan's Rock pub is near by.

GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT:
Kitchen: Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a separate utility area.
Living/Dining Area: A spacious room with a bay window. Smart TV, electric fire, sideboard and dining table for eight. 
Bedroom 1: Super-king bed (6'), bedside units, dressing table, feature fireplace, wardrobe and French doors opening out onto the lawn.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, wardrobe and chest of drawers. En Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower and WC. (No door between the bedroom and shower room)
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), bedside units and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Newly refurbished with bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC.

GARDEN & PARKING: Garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking for two cars. 

Pet Welcome: Maximum one dog allowed; £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electric heating, plus electric fire in the living area.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and booster seat available. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.
Shop: Home deliveries to Porthcurno provided by both Sainsbury and Tesco. Pub: 5 minute drive or half and hour walk.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception is limited. Landline is available. Please note the garden is not dog-proof - it is possible for small dogs to get out under the hedge.

We really enjoyed out stay at Sundowner. It provided everything we needed in a lovely setting We would return again.

The property is well sited for the Minack Theatre, which was the purpose of our visit. The main bedroom, bathroom and living area are very comfortable - the other double and ensuite much less so. Disappointed with the property given the price. Hot water pressure in kitchen needs attending to, washing machine noisy, dirty 'head' marks over bed (gross), THREE dirty frying pans in cupboard with burnt on food residue need replacing, horrible strong cleaner used in fridge/freezer which was also used in cupboards and the kitchen waste bin, hallwRead moreay plug socket not working, not enough hot water for full bath. Apart from that, not a bad holiday. Good location, very spacious. Would not return and would not recommend. Hide
