The Cottage is a delightful two bedroomed property which is close to the sea and the Yorkshire moors. With private parking space and outside seating area with only a two minute walk into the centre and a ten minute walk to the beach and lower promenade. This charming property is a fantastic choice for a family seaside holiday as well as a romantic getaway for couples. The property is set on two levels, with a comfortable living area and the adjoining kitchen dining room downstairs, with two lovely bedrooms upstairs. The Cottage has a patio with portable outside seating and private off street parking on the driveway (please note that the patio has shared access with a neighbouring property). There is also unrestricted parking nearby on a first come first serve basis.The bustling and popular seaside resort of Saltburn offers a variety of shops, boutiques, tearooms, pubs and restaurants and The Cottage is just an easy walk to all of the above, with bus and train services to larger towns. Saltburn boasts two promenades… upper and lower which are both very pleasant to take in the coastal views. Ten minutes walk down to the beach and seafront where the famous pier, cliff lift, gift shops and amusement arcade can be found, fish and chips and some lovely walks into the old Victorian gardens and miniature train. The lovely sandy beach is rated as one of the most attractive beaches in the area and is popular with water sports enthusiasts, especially surfers. The beautiful Jurassic coast is renowned for fossil hunting. Should you choose not to drive but come on the train the station is just a short level walk to the property.

From the porch you enter the spacious lounge where you can relax on the two two-seater sofas, TV with Freeview, a pouffe, occasional tables, shelves and a cabinet with a good selection of books, games and DVDs. Electric fire.   
Kitchen/Dining Room: Adjoining the lounge there is a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, electric oven with grill, an induction hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. There is a comfortable dining table and chairs, built in cupboards and a door leading out to the enclosed patio.

Bedroom 1: A charming and spacious bedroom offering a Zip & Link bed that can be set as a king size bed or twin beds, two bedside cabinets and lights, two double wardrobes, dressing table and an armchair.

The family bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, bathroom cabinet and a radiator.

A first class holiday rental situated near all ameneties in Saltburn - railway station, supermarket 200yards, cafes and restaurants similar, beach (excellent) easily reachable. Parking in Saltburn can be difficult at weekends so private parking at the property an advantage. This cottage is in a great location within easy reach of the beach and centre with amenities on the door step The cottage has everything you need for a stay and its very clean and comfortable. A little gem of a house in the middle of a town, perfect for a beach holiday. Easy walk down to the beach and ever facility on its doorstep. The cottage is well equipped and organised - a lot of love and care has been put into making it special for visitors.

I deal 2 minute walk and you have supermarket restaurants bars I use a walker to get around and will go back bus stops to Middlesbrough and Whitby and Redcar and plus and car parks for you on drive

The Cottage was immaculate and had a lovely feel to it. Home from home is often overused but this really was - it was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The owner couldnt have been more helpful. We will definitely book again and highly recommend

It has everything and the host is very helpful. Saltburn was great we also took a bus to whitby. We are out nearly every evening and every meal was very good.
