An impressive, well-equipped family home enjoying a quiet location on the Trevose Estate. Quillets is decorated with flair and imagination to a very high standard throughout and benefits from features such as a woodburner, enclosed garden and newly fitted kitchen and bathrooms. The large, secluded garden has plenty of space to run and play and benefits from a fabulous terraced area with seating and stone chimney barbecue. Separate to the main house is 'The Garden Room', a comfortably furnished annexe sleeping four, providing an opportunity for a couple or small family to stay with a larger party in the main house but still have their own space. The championship golf course at Trevose is only a short stroll from the property and the wide sandy beach at Constantine Bay, popular with families and surfers alike, is only 12 minutes' away.

Large rear south-facing terrace with wooden garden furniture, stone chimney barbecue and a pair of all-weather cushioned wicker arm chairs, matching side table, 2 teak recliners. Outside hot and cold shower. Driveway has parking for 4/5 cars. NB Garage unavailable for use.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 3; £25 per pet per week, £35 from 2024.
Power and Heat: Electricity and oil included in rent; woodburner in sitting room; oil c.h./hot water. The Garden Room: Electricity included in rent; electric radiators in both main rooms and heated towel rail in shower room.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: High chair available on request; other equipment not provided but can be hired.
Shop: 0.3 mile. Pub: 0.1 mile.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Telephone provided - Incoming calls only; call box 500 yds. Mobile reception varies. Low ceiling height into eaves in bedroom 2, limited headroom in bedroom 5. The Garden Room is only to be occupied by two adults or a couple with maximum 2 children (on no account is this to be used by children alone).

If we had all been able to go on holiday 8 adults 6 children it wouldve been very tight. Wouldnt have all been able to eat together etc. One bedroom not full height! As it was, due to illness, only 4 adults & 4 children went for which it was comfortable except for the low bedroom. Not great value for what we paid.

A lovely house and garden.It was spacious and we were able to spread out. Beds very comfortable.
