The original soft Norfolk red brick cottage sits alongside a chic, chestnut clad two-storey extension. One of the bedrooms is uniquely housed in its own en-suite annexe, for those who love a private bolt hole, and the garden has countryside views that will create a sense of calm to truly relax in; watch the wildlife wander through the wildflower meadow at your leisure. There is also a dedicated spot for outside dining and a barbeque for summer cooking under the stars.
Inside, an elegant, light-filled dining room can easily seat up to eight guests, and double doors lead outside, allowing a gentle breeze to flow through the property in the summer months. In the sitting room, you can appreciate the cottage’s period features, with a fabulous, exposed beam running across the ceiling and an ornamental bread oven, which is used to house board games. Get cosy on the plump sofas to warm your toes in front of the wood burner and enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV/DVD.
On the first floor, you will find a king size bed with gorgeous countryside views to wake up to, a double bed, a single bed and a family bathroom.

Rural location and if the weather is dry the viewing patio is excellent. We saw deer, hare and pheasant close by. Its a quiet place and doesnt suffer from light pollution. Woods, nature and coast close by.

Comfortable, warm, well appointed and very clean. A very attractive holiday cottage and an excellent location to explore North Norfolk and further afield if you are minded to. We had a fabulous weeks stay. The garden annex is small but it does provide an extra, en suite, double bedroom.

The cottage was really lovely and in a very quiet spot. Everything was thought of. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Easy to find, and very easy to visit places from. Brilliant dark skies to see stars. Very well maintained. Would recommend highly.

Lovely, cosy cottage with light spacious new extension. Very well equipped kitchen. Great beds and bedding. The annexe is small but well designed, although might be tight if two people sleeping there.
