Barricane is an ideal couples retreat no matter what the season. This spacious apartment occupies the entire top floor of a most impressive residence.  Tucked into the hillside on the edge of the village of Mortehoe,  its unique position offers the most spectacular views out over Woolacombe Bay.  The apartment has its own private entrance (26 external steps to approach) through a large porch ideal for storage. The comfortably furnished open plan living/dining/kitchen is dominated by the large picture window with the most amazing sea and coastal views that will not fail to impress no matter what the weather. A spacious and attractive bedroom offers village and country views. Within the elevated terraced gardens a private patio area provides an ideal spot to eat alfresco or just watch the sun go down with a glass of wine at the end of an active day spent on the beach or exploring all that this wonderful area has to offer.  If you are planning on spending time with family and friends this apartment can be booked together with Combesgate and Morte providing plenty of space for all generations.

The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The views of this coastline are stunning and the apartment is fortunately positioned to catch an awsome view. You can spend hours sitting at the apartment taking in the stunning scenery. Along with a beautiful village I would highly recommend the apartment

Great apartment, 2nd time we've stayed there. Fantastic views, within walking distance of Woolacombe (got the bus back though). Will definitely be back.

Fantastic views from apartment. But the steep stone steps to reach the apartment were quite hazardous. And would not be suitable for everyone.
