We had a lovely week in Clyde Cottage. Definitely central in Saxmundham. Full of all one could want for equipment and with a simple thermostat system that kept the chill away. Central to our visits to all points of the compass: Southwold, Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge, Framlingham and Bury St Edmunds. My favourite morning stroll was to Carlton Read more(St Peter's) Church, nestling serenely in nearby fields and very photogenic. Nice enough weather to enjoy sitting out in the summer house a couple of times, and very pleasant that was too. Hide

Great location for exploring coastal Suffolk. Cottage is well described on the website. We enjoyed the garden and sitting in the summerhouse. Parking a little bit of a challenge. Lovely welcome pack left from the owner and lots of extras in the cupboards. We would definitely recommend. Good value for money.
