On arriving at the property, you are greeted by an immaculate and inviting bright and airy space featuring an open plan modern kitchen and dining area. From the kitchen you can walk out into the sunny courtyard garden through double patio doors, the garden is paved with pretty shrubs and flowers, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind on a summers evening! The glorious views from the kitchen and dining area span over the rolling Dorset countryside to the rear of the property. Leading from the kitchen is the sitting area with comfortable seating for 2 people and smart TV. The en-suite double bedroom is open plan yet tastefully tucked away around the ‘L’ shape annexe. Adjoining the bedroom is the brand new bathroom, accessed through a sliding door from the bedroom.
