Full of original charm and character this cosy portion of a fisherman’s cottage is in the heart of St Ives, situated in a fantastic location just feet from the Harbour which makes Wren Flat a great base to enjoy St Ives. You can wander through the maze of narrow cobbled streets and explore art galleries, independent shops, bars and restaurants. Soak up the splendour on both Blue Flag Award-winning beaches Porthmeor and Porthminster ideal for surfing and sunbathing alike. Or head out on the stunning coastal path past Tregenna and Treloyan with stunning views of the St Ives peninsula over your shoulder. Perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway.

NOTES: No smoking. Communal Shared Entrance. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. No outside space or parking however the harbour and beaches are just moments away. Nearest public parking is the Island Car Park. It is possible to unload outside the property for a short period.

The cottage was modern, clean and very well Located. Unfortunately we left a day early due to noisy guests moving in above us half way through our stay. The noise went on until early hours of the morning, which was so loud the ceiling lights were rattling at most points, to which we couldnt put up with it any longer. This is no reflection on the cRead moreottage, just bad luck who you get above you. Hide

The flat is spotless and everything appears to be new. The sofa is extremely comfortable. This flats location is brilliant 1 minute from Harbour beach and all the shops and restaurants. It is however very small, being part of a small terraced house converted into 3 flats. It is suited to a single person or a couple who get on very well and like beRead moreing very close together as it is very small and quite dark. It only has one small window that can be opened and that is in the bedroom. It lacked an outside dustbin, rubbish had to remain in the flat and it lacked a tin opener, we had to buy one. Having said all this my daughter loved the flat it was perfect for her. Hide

The cottage had a great location very close to the beach and was modern and quite well equipped. However a small number obvious items were missing, particularly in the kitchen area. Although it didnt have private parking it was situated quite conveniently for the Island Public Car Park (when parking spaces were available - however this was often nRead moreot the case) Hide
