The house was great for our multi generational group. The two boys enjoyed having the use of the table tennis table in the garage. Good location for Beadnell beach.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. The whole house was warm, comfortable and clean. Rooms were great sizes and we could all get together in the dining room or living room which was a real benefit.

Lovely house close to Beadnell beach. Plenty of space both downstairs and upstairs. Plenty of kitchen equipment (although we had to wash glasses before use as I think the dishwasher didnt clean them properly) Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely holiday home. The location is really good - no more than 10 minutes to the beach which is beautiful. The house was spacious and just right for our party of eight. The equipment was very good. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay.

We were 3 family groups totally 9 with children aged 9,4 and 2. We had an amazing long weekend at the house it was perfect. Very well equipped, convenient for beach and sightseeing. We ate at The Landing which we can recommend - empty plates all round. Fish and chips from the van in the village were tasty too. We would all recommend this propertyRead more, it was very quiet and we all slept well. The safe garden is a bonus. Hide

One light fitting had previously been broken and not fixed. A welcome pack would be appreciated as the information inside the house suggested - milk, tea, coffee etc however there was nothing but a mouldy teabag in the teapot not cleaned.the information within the house is also very out dated- 2019 which is of very little use

We absolutely loved our holiday in holmeside, the location and service we have received has been amazing. However there were just a few little loose ends along the way which could have made the holiday a little better had they been tied. the communication through the welcome back was not consistent with the other information around the house. FoRead morer example in the welcome folder it stated bins go out on a Wednesday - then as soon as you walk in theres a sign on the coffee table stating the bins go out on a Friday (they do in-fact go out on a Wednesday we discovered). Just little inconsistencies in information which made things a little confusing. We also noticed the hot water did not have a cap - obviously hot water will be omitted from a hot water tap - however this water was at boiling point and resulted in my elderly grandma receiving burns (is this meant to be capped to a safer temperature?) The property is advertised as pet friendly and this was absolutely true in almost all aspects and it was amazing in this regard, however we noticed theres a plant outside which is infact toxic to dogs (just to give the heads up to avoid any further issues with other customers - luckily we blocked this off and knew our stuff) Also in the ad it states theres a Nintendo wii - on our last night we looked forward to using this as a family (brought our own games luckily as we couldnt find any on site) but we couldnt enjoy this as there wasnt any controllers available for this?. however every other aspect of the holiday was brilliant - lovely property and amazing location. Just tiny little things which could have made it a little better. :) Hide
