Rose Cottage is a fabulous two bedroomed property, recently refurbished cottage with lovely modern amenities coupled with characterful features reflecting the properties age and history. Situated at the bottom of Mole Hill the cottage enjoys a very private aspect to the rear. The owners enjoy the beauty of wild flowers and the front of the property reflects this. To the rear the wild flower theme continues up the hill and into a meadow. Shop/Pub: within walking distance

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and En-Suite Shower Room with large shower cubicle, wash basin and wc

Exterior areas: The front of the cottage is planted with wild flowers. Rear, large decked area, looking onto a steep bank, with wild flowers. To the side of the cottage there is a steep loke which leads to a small seat, surrounded by wild flowers, going further up into a wild flower meadow. Garden furniture on the decked area.
Parking: Ample parking. Please note that the driveway is unsuitable for campervans.
Heating: A combination of underfloor heating and electric central heating.
Also Provided: Towels.  Books, games and radio. Telephone for incoming calls only. WiFi.
Notes: Steep Norfolk winder stairs. Children should be deterred from climbing the slopes in front and to the sides of the decked area. Please be aware that the wild flowers areas may include some nettles or brambles. If you do venture up the meadow, please stay to the left of the posts as the land to the right belongs to a neighbour. The slope is steep and care should be taken at all times. Rose Cottage is available for hire from Saturday 2nd March to Saturday 2nd November 2019, short breaks are not available. This is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal - variable depending on supplier.

The "cottage" is very spacious. Two sitting rooms and tiny conservatory give plenty of sitting/relaxing options. Main bedroom is also large and pleasant with additional seating. Wifi and mobile reception good upstairs. Ribbon village with attractive houses and extremely pleasant and useful local shop and PO. Admiral local bus service which travels Read morealong coast so makes walking one way along the coastal path and busing the other possible. Hide
