Complete with single level accommodation throughout, Spring House Studio has a neutral interior scheme, with pops of colour coming from the large L-shaped sofa bed, and potted plants. It is also flooded with light, thanks to the large windows and remote controlled skylights. The living area centres around the woodburning stove, this is such a cosy corner during the day and come evening time when the sofa bed converts into a comfortable double bed, you can lie and watch the embers slowly burn away. To the other end of the room, a circular dining table seats 4 - ideal should you have friends visiting for the day, or if you want to play a board game! There is also hanging and drawer storage for clothes.
To the rear of the property you will find the small yet perfectly formed kitchen with stable door leading out to the private courtyard terrace. Whether you want to eat in or out, there is a small fridge/freezer should you wish to bring some frozen goods. Just off from the kitchen is the contemporary shower room complete with theatrical style lit mirror and underfloor heating. There is a step free walk-in shower, ideal for those who may struggle to step in and out of a conventional shower unit.
In terms of exploring, you really are spoilt for choice with a stay at Spring House Studio. The village of Alderton has the benefit of a small village shop and pub, as well as a fantastic network of footpaths and country lanes - ideal for cycling or strolling. In fact, you can walk to the shingle beach from the cottage in just 15 minutes. The owners are also very happy to supply you with two bicycles to use at your leisure and own risk... they recommend a visit to nearby pub 'The Ramsholt Arms' - lovely food and breathtaking views of the River Deben to be enjoyed with a refreshing tipple inside or out! You're also ideally situated for exploring the likes of Bawdsey Quay, Felixstowe Ferry, Shingle Street, Woodbridge, Orford, Aldeburgh, Southwold and more - all easily accessible by car. Pub: 100 yards, Shop: 1 minute walk.

Shower Room: Walk-in shower unit with rainfall and hand-shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Underfloor heating.
Outside: Small courtyard with bistro table and two chairs.
Parking: 1 off-street parking space in the driveway shared with the owners.

Spring House Studio is located next door to the owners weekend home. An off-street parking space will be allocated, but the driveway is shared with the owners from time to time.
Alderton is situated just nine miles from the busy market town of Woodbridge and is the village just before you reach Bawdsey. There are plenty of walks and cycle paths in the surrounding area all waiting for you to explore. At nearby Bawdsey Quay there is a long stretch of sandy beach. There is also a Boat House Cafe (seasonal opening hours apply) where you can enjoy local freshly caught fish. Or you can take the foot ferry over to Felixstowe to enjoy all this seaside town has to offer.
