Ground Floor

Open plan living area with large picture windows allowing the natural light to flood in, high ceilings and offering uninterrupted river and coastal views.

Kitchen area - Light and airy, fully equipped kitchen with large picture windows offering stunning views to the south and west over Cardigan Bay. Fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine included.

Dining/Living area - Light, spacious and airy open plan living/dining area. Sociable relaxed space with extensive views over Tanybwlch beach, the Ystwyth river and the harbour. Original wooden floors, simply and stylishly decorated with imaginative original artwork and plenty of seating. Extending dining room table, firestick enabled TV, dvd player, bluetooth speaker, books, maps, cds and books.

Bedroom 1 - Spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space and large picture windows, king size bed and sea/harbour/beach views.

Bedroom 2 - Light and spacious ensuite bedroom with an inviting double bed and en-suite shower room (shower, basin, heated towel rail and wc), fully furnished. 

Bedroom 3 - Spacious twin room with large picture windows and 2 full sized single beds, wardrobe, full length mirror and extra seating. 

Main bathroom - includes a bath with an electric shower above, wc and wash basin.

Outside

Fully enclosed south facing garden with uninterrupted, stunning coastal and river views. This really is an idyllic spot to sit back with coffee or wine whilst admiring beautiful sunsets over Cardigan Bay.

Gravel garden immediately outside the front door with outdoor table and chairs. Large garden beyond, mostly laid to grass with natural wildlife area.

This property and location was so peaceful which was gratefully appreciated. The kitchen was very well equipped and the house very spacious. The views were beautiful and relaxing. Watching the tides change in the river and the beautiful sunsets were the highlight of the holiday. The town centre and supermarkets were within a few minutes in the caRead morer and within walking distance if you're fit. Hide

River View cottage was well placed for all amenities Aberystwyth has to offer. The cottage was ideal for those with mobility issues. No stairs to contend with, a beautiful level garden, easy parking right outside the door and easy access to the town. The views were spectacular and never failed to amaze!! Absolutely wonderful stay at Riverview. Location is beyond perfect, exactly what we wanted with beautiful views, easy access to beach walks and the town centre walkable. Lovely property in a perfect location, large windows with river, sea and countryside views. Loved watching the river change depending on the tide. Accommodation made the holiday. Nice outside space over different levels. Short walk to Aberystwyth town centre and seafront. Relaxing break.

Wonderful location, perfect for exploring the area - whether walking or by car. The accommodation is very comfortable, well equipped and stylishly decorated and we had very helpful communication from the owner just before our visit. Maybe not the prettiest building from the outside due to its interesting history but step inside and wow! And what a Read moreview! Stunning sunsets too. Aberystwyth is a short walk away, with many independent shops, cafes and restaurants as well as well-known chains. Hide

The house was clean, comfortable and stylish, the location was perfect for us, right by the sea. Communications about arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow, this was the easiest and most relaxing break weve had in years. Well be back!

Overall excellent. I think the property information should emphasise the large step into the property. We were looking for an accessible property because of my dads poor mobility. Inside was perfect but it was hard to get him in and out of the property
