Wyatt House is a quiet bungalow in a peaceful residential area, this lovely property benefits from being just a short distance to the centre of Norwich. The stunning North Norfolk coast is within an hours drive, ideal for a day out!

The property comprises of a well equipped kitchen, fit for a chef, with dining space and a lovely aspect of the rear garden, a comfortable sitting room, 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. To top it off, there is a wonderful large rear garden, perfect for alfresco dining. 

GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen: including double oven, fridge freezer, kitchen tools with a good selection of baking ware. Modern serving pieces and dishwasher.  Dining table comfortably seats six and has a lovely aspect to the back garden.  A sliding door allows for access into the rear garden.  Washer and dryer also in kitchen.
Sitting Room: comfortable lounge with ample seating for six adults.  Large smart TV to watch favourite programs on.  Electric fireplace offers a warm feeling for cooler nights.  Window offers lovely view of the back garden letting in plenty of natural light during the day.
Bedroom 1: King size bed - can convert to two singles, please request at time of booking.   Ample closet space and plenty of drawer storage.  A bay window looks out on the front of the house with a cosy chair by the window.  A TV is installed in the room to watch local channels.  Teal and cream tones are modern but this room feels very relaxing.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable double bed with a large closet and full set of drawers for storage.  Modern grey tones are calming in this room.
Bathroom: Modern, light and bright bathroom offers a deep soaking bathtub, a modern free standing shower, WC and wash basin.  Heated towel rail.  Side window lets in fresh air and light. Overhead recessed lighting allows for good light for getting ready for fun nights out

Garden: A large back garden offers ample room for outside dining and provides a charcoal BBQ for fun back garden get togethers at the outside dining table.  Two cane chairs (stored in the garage) are perfect for having coffee outside on sunny mornings. The garden has plenty of space for relaxing in and enjoying our rambling English garden, that goes back three levels.  There is a second fridge/freezer in the garage which is great for storage of additional food or can be used for wine and beer to be chilled.
Parking: Driveway parking for two cars.
Heating: Gas central heating.

New Costessey is 4 miles from the city of Norwich which is justifiably proud of its heritage and boasts a Norman castle, two cathedrals and 33 medieval churches. It is also a shopper's paradise, with an abundant range of small specialist shops, a bustling provisions market and the Castle Mall and Chapelfield Shopping Centres. The city is well served for cultural interests with the Playhouse, Maddermarket and Theatre Royal and has an immense variety of restaurants and eateries.

Property was ideal for our 4 day break. Nice and quiet, very clean and everything you could need was available. Garden lighting was a very nice touch.

It was a great bungalow, a real home from home and the garden was amazing, so well maintained and beautiful. Despite the weather we really enjoyed our stay!
