Located in the centre of Cromer and just moments from the Pier, beach and sea, this fabulous holiday hideaway has been put together with great style and flourish by its owner.  Set over two floors, the spacious living room has a bright armchair in the bay window, perfect for a quiet read and kitchen/dining area is a lovely entertaining space.  The comfortable bedrooms on the floor above and the gorgeous walk-in shower finish off the property and ensure a stay here is a real treat.  Never far away from the heart of this lovely Victorian town, this is a super spot for a seaside break. Shop/Pub: within walking distance.

Cromer is a great seaside resort and popular year round, drawing visitors back time and again.  It has a good beach, great promenade with traditional entertainment such as pitch and putt, the famous Cromer Pier itself featuring year-round shows, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, cliff-top golf at The Royal Cromer Golf Club, multi-screen cinema, Amazona Zoo, indoor children's play barn, Kart Track, cycle hire and plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.  The town is set on the cliff tops with plenty of walking available on the Norfolk Coast Path offering great views along the coast and out to sea.  There is something here for everyone, making Cromer an ideal location for family or friends'  holidaying together and looking for that blast of fresh sea air!

Wonderful from start to finish. This is our second stay here and it was just as good as the first. Great property with handy parking. Rooms are very spacious. Great location for all amenities. Lovely little welcome hamper.

Fantastic home from home holiday apartment close to all that cromer has to offer and with a dedicated car parking space which was a godsend the apartment had everything needed for a fantastic stay

Lovely house, great location for Cromer itself and for visiting the surrounding areas. Comfy beds, and plenty of room in bedrooms. Daughter loved the yellow chair in the window. Massive bonus having a dedicated parking space round the back in the coop car park, just park there to unload much easier.

A light, spacious and tastefully comfortable apartment. The central location was perfect for the sea, pier, shops and cafes. The allocated parking was so handy. There's genuinely nothing negative to say! We really want to come back for another holiday by the sea.

A lovely apartment that was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable, there was only 2 of us so only used the kingsize bed. Great shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. There is plenty of space in the apartment and it was warm and cozy but as the outside temperature was really cold, we did find it a bit cool in the living area in the eveniRead moreng. The location was great, right in the middle of everything and within an easy walk to pubs, restaurants, shops beach, pier etc. The coop is literally next door and a popular fish and chip shop across the road. I suppose the downside to this is, as the building is not double glazed, you can hear everything that goes on outside, people passing, deliveries arriving early in the morning etc, though this didnt spoil our break. Norfolk is beautiful and we had a lovely time. It may be worth a mention that there are approx 30 steps from the car park (fire escape style) and approx 20 steps from the front of the building. No problem for us but could be for someone less able. All in all a lovely stay in 1Warwick house, thank you for the welcome pack of bread, milk and chocolate biscuits. Hide

What a lovely property! Very clean, linen and towels smelt fresh, and everything you could need for a stay provided. The location is ideal with shops, restaurants and the beach all within 30 seconds walk of the building. A great base to explore, we had a very comfortable stay.

Beautifully presented apartment in the heart of Cromer, this was our third visit back to 1 Warwick House and probably not the last! Everything feels like a home from home. As a family group that includes two late teen boys it's so good that everyone has their own space to retreat to or that we can come together for meals and board games.
