Sea Holly is a delightful property sleeping five, tastefully decorated and well-equipped to give you the most memorable Cornish escape. Located just a short walk from the charming working fishing port of Padstow you’ll be spoilt with options. Enjoy the natural beauty of the Cornish North Coast made up of endless sandy beaches, rugged coastline, scenic walks and quiet coves. Or immerse yourselves in the foodie heaven of Padstow town where you’ll find unrivalled fresh, locally produced food and exceptional restaurants. Dine al fresco by the harbour with Rick Steins fish and chip takeaway, or if fine dining is more your style book into the famous Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant or Paul Ainsworths No.6.

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen: Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Lounge/Diner: Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Echo Dot speaker, nest of three coffee tables.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3’), wardrobe, bedside cabinet with drawers, wall-mounted Smart TV/DVD combi with Netflix.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size, Smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with drawers.
Bathroom: Luxury thermostatic rain shower over bath, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.

GARDEN AND PARKING: Decking at the front of the house with garden furniture. Parking for two cars.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs allowed; £25 per dog per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent, gas central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, please bring your own.
Shop: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.

Lovely relaxing week. Vey clean,tidy with everything you might need. Thank you for the welcome goodies for us and our dog. Only a 15 minute walk downhill into Padstow with lots of shops and places to eat. The Golden Lion had excellent food!! Easy reach of many local beaches and costal walks.

Excellent location for exploring Padstow & the surrounding areas. Accommodation excellent & spotlessly clean & a lovely welcome tray for us & our dog. Great holiday will definitely be back. Thank you.

Wonderful 4 days in a lovely cottage over Xmas with such amazing additional touches with Xmas goodies left out for us and our two dogs cottage was perfect and so well equipped making Xmas dinner preparation perfect would love to return again

Lovely cozy cottage a short walk into Padstow. Handy to have parking in such a spot. Houses felt a bit squashed in around us but it was dark most of the time so it didnt really matter. House was nicely decorated and extremely clean with comfy sofas and beds. Good value and we may well come back one day.

Wow! This house was everything and more. Perfect location, perfect size and top it off we had the perfect weather. The owners provided everything you could possibly want, there were even games and dvds. A walk of about 15 minutes downhill took you in to Padstow. The cottage was perfect. Very clean smelt fresh when we first went in. Everthings there you could need. Very spacious. Good location for habour or the bay if you like water sports.

Really lovely stay - we're a couple and 6 month old baby. Location was great - yes it's up a hill on the way back, but we did it every day pushing a pram and it was had work for maybe 5 minutes but definitely wouldn't put us off staying again. Cottage was excellent, no issues at all - lovely and clean and plenty of space for the three of us!

The property is well located and was absolutely spotless. Well equipped and very comfortable. Good to have Netflix as well as Freeview and the WiFi was very good. The outside area was very pleasant and benefits from the sun in the afternoon. We were able to let our dog out without any worry that it might escape. Overall, a delightful property.

Great little house, extremely well equipped with quality furnishings. Although small, its well thought out with a feeling of space and lots of storage for clothes and shoes etc. Good location, just a ten minute walk into town and probably a slighter longer walk back up the hill!! Overall a fabulous little house with parking in Padstow. WiRead morell definitely consider again. Hide

Both pros and cons to this cottage! One of the twin mattresses was awful and needs replacing immediately, it creaks and groans and you can feel every spring. It was really uncomfortable & noisy! Under the twin beds hadnt been dusted or mopped. Bed runners (twin) were dirty and hadnt been cleaned between guests. However, the cottage is excellRead moreently located, a 16-minute walk to Padstow town centre. It was very convenient to have parking spaces as parking in Padstow itself looks a nightmare. We had a delivery from Sainsbury but there is a Tesco up the road. Hob is induction which is far better than the electric you find in most holiday cottages! Plenty of plates & glasses etc although we had to wash them on arrival. Lots to do in Padstow, its a really good location for a couples or family holiday. We also did a 5km walk from the town, and walked to St Georges Cove, from the cottage. Just be warned, if you have a child, every stair & upstairs floorboard creaks; it was impossible to creep out having got my daughter to sleep without waking her. There is a downstairs single but its right next to the lounge area so not great for noise, plus from a safety perspective I dont like having a child downstairs with adults upstairs. All in all, a decent stay, but could have been so much better with a few small tweaks and a bit more care, especially considering what it cost. Hide

Lovely place, clean, fresh and well decorated with ample space for 5 and lots of useful kitchen equipment and extra duvets for warm or cold climate. Easy check in and out process with clear instructions and info. Absolutely perfect location for Padstow and surrounding areas...you can walk to Padstow Harbour in 10 mins...if you don't mind a steepiRead moresh climb back up!!! Would 100% recommend this cottage. A very well presented holiday cottage in a pleasant modern estate on the edge of the town. Its a steep walk down to the harbour so maybe not best for people with limited mobility or dodgy knees. The views however are wonderful across the estuary.
