This property is ideally situated for those who like to be within an easy reach of the vibrant life of Torquay town centre, but still be able to enjoy a relaxing holiday escaping the hustle and bustle with a glass of wine in the patio area. This is a pet friendly property so you are welcome to bring your four legged friend with you.
Wellswood Mews is well equipped, furnished and presented to a high standard throughout for your comfort. Guests will enjoy the benefits of the patio in front of the house where they can have a lazy afternoon drink or a fresh morning coffee, or relax in the hot tub. Please note: The hot tub is only available from Easter until 1st October only
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen – diner, a living room, downstairs WC and stairs to the first floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Entrance: the house is accessed from a gate via the paved front patio area, entering the walkway between the kitchen and the lounge.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/Diner: The dining area has a table and 4 chairs which is located close to the window. The kitchen is well equipped and has electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer (60/40), dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, microwave.
Lounge: The area is furnished with a three seater sofa with foot stool, an armchair and three coffee tables for your comfort. Smart TV 32’, DVD and books.
Bathroom: Ground floor bathroom with walk in shower, sink unit, WC and shaving point.
Patio: Paved patio area with furniture for alfresco dining or just a glass of wine. Hot Tub is available from Easter until 1st October only. Please note that patio area is not enclosed for this property.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside lamps on built in shelves, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair.
Bedroom 2 this bedroom has two single beds, bedside shelves with reading lights, chest of drawers, chair and a wardrobe.
Family bathroom Tiled, contemporary bathroom with bath and a shower head attachment, WC, wash-hand basin and shaving point. The bathroom has sky light.
Parking: 1 allocated space in the private car park in front of the property.
Changeover Day: Saturday
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: electric underfloor central heating, included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
