This cottage is an ideal place for traditional beach holidays for a small family or for a romantic hideaway throughout the year, especially in the cooler months when guests can light the open fire and enjoy the cosiness of the cottage after sampling the delights of the wonderful variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs in the lovely Edwardian seaside town of Southwold.

Kitchen/Diner: round table and chairs for four, sideboard, dresser, and large window overlooking the garden. Kitchen with a good range of storage, gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, door to garden.
Shower room: with small shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

There are a variety of sports to enjoy including tennis, rugby, football and golf - plus the beach, beach huts, great shopping and fabulous places to eat, drink and explore the delights of Adnams Brewery and Distillery and all the pubs in the town.
