Wye Cottage is within walking distance of the iconic Southwold Pier, the Boating Lake, putting green and skate park as well as being a short distance from the Sole Bay Inn, the Adnams Brewery and Southwold High Street with its wide variety of places to shop, eat, drink and explore.  A little further a field, the Southwold Maize Maze is a popular attraction through the summer months, there are wonderful walks and cycle rides along the coast and over the marshes to Walberswick, Dunwich and beyond.  Southwold is a great spot from which to either enjoy a traditional beach holiday or explore the delights of Suffolk and Norfolk at any time of the year and the house is available for weekly holidays and short breaks.

The house needs some TLC and better arrival instructions once in the property (eg heating and bin collection) but amazing location and spacious house.
