The Swallows is a luxurious house tucked away in the quiet mews development of Tibby's Triangle in the beautiful seaside town of Southwold, less than a minutes walk away from the high street yet remains peaceful for quiet coffee breaks in the garden. 

This contemporary holiday home with outstanding design and quality has four bright and spacious bedrooms, three ensuite bath/shower rooms, a family bathroom and a wonderful open plan living area leading out to a pretty courtyard garden. There is also private parking for one car in the garage at the property. 

The house is perfect for two families or a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday on the Suffolk Coast.

First floor with spacious landing: 

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom: Super king sized bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, large built in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with hand held shower, WC and handbasin.

The area: 

All of the amenities of Southwold are on your doorstep at The Swallows. There is a lovely selection of independent shops and boutiques as well as great restaurants, cafes and pubs serving locally brewed Adnams beers. The sandy beach, lighthouse and pier are all a short walk away and there are plenty of sporting activities to get involved in such as cycling, surfing, sailing, fishing, tennis and golf. 

Notes: 

Parking for one car only - inside the Garage. There is also a small drop off area in front of the garage but cars cannot be parked here during your stay. 

All towels and bed linen are provided. 

The house has gas central heating 

Two medium sized, well behaved dogs are welcome but please keep them on the ground floor and off the furniture.

Really appreciate having more than 8 mugs and plates in the cupboard. Saves having to wash up before you make another drink or meal!! We have been coming to this house for several years now and we all feel its home from home. So thank the property owners for allowing us to share their property with them.

Great house which is equally cosy and airy for all seasons. Really comfortable shared living space with large bedrooms to give everyone their own space. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the garden was big enough for 8 adults. Location cannot be beaten, everything in Southwold on your doorstep. Really lovely, well appointed property with a pleasant back yard. Seagulls very noisy at the property from around 4am until 5.30am but by the seaside, it's something that can't be helped! Added to the charm.

Swallows is a beautiful property located just behind the high street. Everything was of a very high standard and we all commented on how comfortable the beds and pillows were. It really was a property that accommodated the 8 people it sleeps. From the seats at the table, both inside and out. The sofa area and importantly for us, enough wine glassRead morees to go round. Excellent property. Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. In a great and convenient location for everything. There were 8 of us and there was ample room for everyone. All the bedrooms are a great size. Before we arrived we had wondered if we would be able to get our car in the garage but we did - just. Swallows was perfectly located for a weekend in Southwold. The property is well decorated and the furniture/bedding was of very good quality - plenty of room for a party of 8 adults. We loved that the main living space was open and roomy. We would definitely like to book the house again - particularly as we visit the area on a regular basis. ThRead moree only downside was limited parking but as we don't travel via car once we arrive as we find plenty to do within walking distance - this was not an issue for us. Hide
