This lovely apartment is part of a fine Edwardian building conveniently located in the heart of Southwold and is just a stones throw away from the sandy beach, with its colourful beach huts and iconic pier.

It is a few steps away from the famous Adnams kitchen, cafe and wine store where you can purchase fine wines, Champagne and Adnams beer and enjoy a delicious  lunch whilst sitting in the spacious courtyard.

Breaker is on two levels in Farleigh House, a fine Edwardian building on Southwold High Street. This spacious apartment boasts a large living room, a delightful hand-built kitchen/breakfast room with table and chairs for four people and a separate Snug/sitting room with a brand new sofa bed, Smart TV and games, (can also be used as a third bedroom).

Upstairs the master bedroom is a bright and sunny double room with good hanging and shelving space and small chest of drawers.The second bedroom is also a double room with a storage unit and a view over the garden. A good-sized family bathroom completes the accommodation on the first floor.

French doors lead from both the kitchen and Snug to the pretty paved garden via a short flight of steps.

The area:
Southwold is a delightful seaside town: its colourful beach huts, excellent range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, beautiful sandy beach, award-winning pier and atmospheric harbour, not to mention Adnams Brewery, all add to its timeless appeal. Bring your bucket and spade for some genuine seaside fun, or take a gentle stroll along the promenade and take in the lovely views of the pier, beach huts and lighthouse.

Bed linen and towels are provided and  the property is centrally heated. The entrance to Breaker is in the basement by a few steps from street level.

From the courtyard garden, a gate gives access to the rear pathway leading to the bin storage cupboard as well as a separate shed for bike storage (shared with other apartments in Farleigh House).

Cottage was in a good location on the main High Street. Had everything we needed for a long weekend away.

The cottage is perfect. Great location. Kitchen brilliantly equipped with everything needed. Beds very comfortable. Although on the High Street it was very quiet and cosy.

The apartment is very comfortable and we had a fantastic week. It was very clean and everything we needed for a weeks stay was provided.
