Situated within the busy fishing village of Porthleven, 1 Peverell Cottages is a traditional cottage, which has been refurbished to high standard throughout, is an ideal base for exploring the South West.

Ideal for a family, the open plan lounge/diner makes a sociable living area with 2 comfy sofas and smart TV on one side with the dining table, chairs and window seat at the other.  The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and refrigerator with ice box.  Outside is the enclosed courtyard with raised decking area, table and seating, perfect for enjoying the evening sun.  

Upstairs, is the king-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

1 Peverell Cottages is a real home from home, within easy walking distance to all amenities and providing all the creature comfort required, this is perfect accommodation for a Cornish holiday.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Diner:  Smart TV, sofas, table and chairs, window seat
Kitchen: Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, under counter fridge with ice box.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5'), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers
Ensuite: Shower cubicle with rainfall shower, heated towel rail, basin, WC
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinets.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, heated towel rail, basin, wc.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Enclosed area with concrete slope leads to decking with table and seating. Tucked away are the steps leading to Inglenook.
Please note that there is a residents right of way for access to two cottages next door.

No private parking but public parking available at The Shrubberies car park and out of season parking on the beach front. See Parking Information for Porthleven.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4.00pm - departure 10.00am.  Short breaks / alternative arrival days are available out of season and by arrangement during peak season - please contact us to discuss
Pets Welcome: Two small dogs or 1 medium/larger dog welcome. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heating: Electricity included in the rent. Underfloor heating in the kitchen, lounge/diner and bathrooms. Digital electric radiators in the bedrooms.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment:Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop:
0.4 ml. Pub: 0.07 ml.

A Very sweet cottage with a lovely cream tea welcome pack! Presented to a lovely standard! The two bathrooms was just perfect for our group, plus a very well equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable lounge. Great location with a sea view from one of the bedrooms, we would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was in a great location, close to beach & the centre of Porthleven. Beds were very comfortable & the cottage had all amenities we needed. We would definitely book again! Whilst there is no parking space, it is easy to pull up outside to unload & then there is a free car park just further up the hill. This was our 2nd visit to PorthleveRead moren & we cant wait to return. If you are looking for a quaint Cornish fishing village & beach away from the crowds of St Ives, but only 25 mins away, look no further. Some great restaurants, cafes & coastal walks are also on the doorstep. Hide

Delightful cottage, well laid out and nice modern decor. Kitchen was well equipped and enough space for 4 people (we were only 2 but it wouldnt feel too cramped with 4). There is a double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom and family bathroom upstairs). The underfloor heating in the open-plan downstairs room means it always feels cosy. The rear yRead moreard is safe for dogs when the side gate is shut. Decking area catches the afternoon sun which is very pleasant indeed. Being slightly on the edge of the village its not difficult to find street parking and very little traffic goes by the house so its fairly calm. Its less than 10 minutes walk to the main harbour area with shops and restaurants. Up the hill (The Shrubberies) you have access in 10 minutes to a footpath leading to the lovely Penrose Estate (Saturday parkrun there starts down in Helston opposite the boating lake) Hide

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in your lovely cottage, and would be more than happy to rebook in the future. Perfect location for privacy yet near to all local amenities. The welcome booklet held a well of information for people who may not have visited Porthleven previously.

A lovely well equipped property with everything we needed. Easy to walk to pubs, shops etc. in Porthleven, parking was no problem at all. Will definitely return.

Everything was great and as expected. The house felt damp despite opening windows. I noticed water damage around the front door frame and wondered if there was a leak. There also appeared to be dampness where the ironing board was kept and there were what looked like black mould patches on the ironing board cover. However, this didnt spoil my stay.
