Set in an unspoilt area of Cornwall, this property has plenty to offer and room for all - including two furry friends.

The house is well situated on a quiet road with views down to the coast and an easy path directly down to the rock pool, rocky beach and sandy Trevone. We had a few issues when we arrived including a halogen light that needed rewiring/replacing. However this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The top bedroom is compromised by the sloping roRead moreof and small shower ensuite. The downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are spacious and light. The kitchen and two sitting areas are also spacious and worked very well for our weeks holiday. The outside area doesn't provide any seating or lounging facilities which is a shame as it would enhance the property to be able to sit out and enjoy the view ... because its north facing the sun doesnt hit the little terrace outside the sitting room. Westhaven was a wonderful house, modern and the best beds we have slept in. The velux windows definitely need to be cleaned of cobwebs though.

The cottage is well equipped and in a lovely location with coastal walks on your doorstep. The house is mainly clean but the velux windows are filthy. The attic room Is badly configured and only really fit for small children. Its also very hot up there as there is no air con or fan. The house is much bigger than we expected which was a pleaRead moresant surprise and has pretty much everything youd need during a stay ( cot, high chair, hairdryer etc). We found there is no where to put stuff in the downstairs bathroom so a bit of shelving and hooks would be useful and a shelf in the showers would help. We travelled with an elderly person and they struggled in the shower with shampoo etc on the floor. There wasnt an anti slip mat either. All in all though this house was perfectly adequate for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. A bit more thought inside could make it perfect. Hide

Excellent location, spacious, well equipped house. The property is in a lovely quiet location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and coast path.
