"The property was really clean and very well furnished. The showers were fantastic and it was lovely to have great big bath sheet towels. The beds were very comfortable. Bob was very friendly and answered any questions we had and suggested some lovely places to visit. The garden and outdoor toys were great for the children and the dog, and the children loved visiting and feeding the pigs. Beautifully located in a village called Barsham only 2 miles from the popular town of Beccles, Lavender is a fantastic barn conversion with a contemporary interior finish. Nestled on a farm alongside a small glamping site, there is plenty to see and do right on your doorstep from collecting eggs to enjoying the other farm animals. There are also three circular walks from our site ranging in miles as well as cycle routes nearby ideal for guests looking for an active holiday.

On entering the property you’re welcomed into a large open plan area comprising of a kitchen, dining space and sitting area. Beautifully furnished to provide a real touch of luxury during your Suffolk holiday. The sitting area is fitted with a woodburning stove making this an ideal spot for breaks all year round. The kitchen area, all newly fitted, has all equipment and appliances you will need to make the most of your self-catering stay and with the dining table provided your family or group of friends can all sit together and enjoy your culinary delights.

Lavender Cottage boasts four bedrooms. All beautifully furnished and fitted but still ensuring maximum comfort and ease of use for guests with ample storage for clothing. Three of the four bedrooms have zip and link beds offering guests the option of either a super king sized bed or twin beds making the property very flexible for any party make up that may wish to stay. All bedrooms offer ensuite facilities, all newly fitted.

Outside, as well as being surrounded by beautiful countryside, guests have access to your own private garden with barbeque facilities. Perfect for some al fresco dining during the summer months. Private parking is also available for up to two cars at Bluebell Cottage.

One of the best accommodations we have stayed in for a very long time. the locations was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A lovely property which was well equipped and comfortable. The beds were divine. You do need a car as there isn't a lot to do close to the property, however, we enjoyed watching the sheep, goats and chickens.

This was an ideal holiday cottage for a family holiday with 6 adults and two children (aged 5 and 2). The accommodation worked well and having the safe garden area was great for the children. The ride on tractors for the children were a real hit. Adequate parking for 3 cars. Friendly owners who were on site and able to answer any queries about Read morethe area. Excellent property all on one level, suitable for older adults and young children. Ensuite in every bedroom is excellent! Easy Parking and lovely scenery with safe secure garden makes for a very relaxed stay. Highly recommend for families of all ages.
