The cottage is located in a very quiet position. It was excellently equipped and had all the creature comforts we needed. We chose the cottage because of its proximity to RSPB Minsmere but is also ideally placed for exploring the local towns and countryside. It is certainly a cottage we would happily book again in the future.

Lovely modern well equipped cottage located in the pretty village of Middleton, and in easy driving distance from the key coastal towns. Difficult to fault the cottage - it has everything you need and decorated to a high standard. Sky Sports was also nice for the F1. Unfortunately our dog was scared of the sheep so didn't use the garden too much buRead moret it's a nice space for braver dogs! The pub is also lovely with food at weekends, a gentle 10 minute walk away. Hide

What a beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. We had a great week with a slower pace of life, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We explored some of the surrounding areas too. Great value for money and the EV charging point was an added bonus.

Cottage was very modern and equipped with very good equipment. Loved the modern art on the walls. Could have done with an information pack, giving local services etc. The flowers were beautiful and the welcome pack was very nice. Altogether a good stay

Spacious and tasteful accommodation in a tranquil location. Kitchen and bedroom overlooked a beautiful wildflower back garden where you can sit and drink coffee among the butterflies. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom worked well but the living room sofa was uncomfortable and there was no alternative seating. Fortunately we did not spend mucRead moreh time there. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (if you like induction hobs) except for some shortage of cutlery and cups. There is an EV charge point in the parking area but we were unable to find out how to use it - a shame, as it would have been very convenient for recharging for the return journey. A nice touch was a vase of fresh flowers and a welcome pack of snacks, milk, etc. on arrival. Altogether, a very good base for exploring Suffolk. Hide

This cottage, one of a pair, is perfectly located on the edge of Middleton village for exploring the area. We took the opportunity to cycle on empty country lanes, stopping to either admire the view or buy produce from numerous honesty boxes. The cottage is very comfortable and exceptionally quiet. We would definitely consider returning.

Lovely cottage, perfect rural position but the pub is only 15 minutes walk away. The Bell Inn serves good food but best to book to ensure they are serving food on the night you require. Mill street narrow road with passing places but very quiet. A great location. Very relaxing.
