Watercrag is located in the popular village of Gunnerside in Swaledale.  This beautifully restored bungalow sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms and is within walking distance of the local tearooms.  The property benefits from a sunny terraced patio area to the rear of the property and all the front windows have views over this magnificent Dale.  With high quality fixtures and fittings and a wood burning stove to cosy up in front of after a busy day exploring the local area, this would make an ideal holiday for family and friends looking to holiday in this beautiful part of The Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Bedroom 1:  Master bedroom with King-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chair, views over the stunning countryside
Bedroom 2:   Twin beds (zip and link can be made into a super king), wardrobe, dressing table, chair, a sunny room with views over the stunning Swaledale countryside. 
Bathroom:  Bath, separate walk in shower, washbasin, toilet,

Parking: Parking on the grass outside the garage door for 1 vehicle, further free parking in the village 50 yards away. When parking in front of the garage please leave access into the garage as this is where the linen is delivered.

Garden/Patio: 10 stone steps up to enclosed patio and garden with seating, there are stunning views over the Dales from here.
Short Breaks: Available all year round.

Beautiful cottage with stunning views of the countryside from bedroom and lounge windows. Warm and luxurious feel to the accommodation. Welcoming pub with good food just a few steps away. Highly recommend!

This cottage is a little piece of heaven. A home away from home with everything you could possibly need right there. It was warm, comfortable and had an extremely comfortable bed. We wanted for nothing at all. We will most definitely be going back again.

Wonderful cottage in a superb location. Local pub less than a minute's walk away serving excellent food & real ales. We found Watercrag to be very well equipped and immaculately clean. Lovely and warm with central heating that could easily be adjusted to suit, plus there was an ample supply of logs & kindling for the log burner. A really nice touRead morech was that it was decorated for Christmas, complete with tree & lights. Absolutely first class property. Hide

This is a spacious, clean very comfortable cottage in a really quiet location. The tv and shower were modern and excellent. There are numerous great walks from the door and amazing scenery. The community pub is very close , the staff were friendly and the food and drink served were good. A really fabulous choice.

We had a fabulous time at the cottage. It is a lovely cottage in a fabulous position. We were lucky with our weather and made full use of the garden. The cottage was very clean and had every utensil you could ever want. All the kitchen appliances worked very well indeed and were of a high standard.

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday from moment we stepped into the cottage. It was very welcoming, spotlessly clean and everything was good quality. Views were great. Will definitely go back.

This was by far the nicest cottage we've stayed in both in gunnerside and in the dales itself. It was immaculately clean, so cosy and warm and very well equipped. All the utensils, bedding, electrical equipment etc were of excellent quality and very well thought through. We will definitely be back to watercrag.

Lovely comfortable property, well equipped, in a great location. Very enjoyable week with great walks and bike rides from the door. Garage storage for bikes very useful. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Watercrag is an excellent well equipped property, with a high standard of comfort. The location, in the centre of Swaledale, gives easy access to many points of interest.
