Step inside of this luxurious beachside retreat ideally located just next to Trevone beach - there really is no need to venture far. This detached three storey property comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is perfectly designed for either large groups or families with children. The superbly spacious open-plan middle floor is the perfect space to entertain and spend quality time together. Cook up some of Cornwall’s finest ingredients in the stylish granite worktop kitchen with all the hi-spec appliances, complete with an island for those more laid-back meals and a large round table where the whole group can dine together. Be challenged to a game of pool or take it easy and relax in the snug area, while watching the changing tides and shifting weathers.

After a day enjoying the waves, return to Garendon for a soak in the hot tub before firing up the barbeque for those perfect summer evenings. Or if exploring tempts you, the natural beauty of the Cornish North Coast made up of endless sandy beaches, rugged coastline, scenic walks and quiet coves are all within easy reach by car or by foot from Garendon’s doorstep.

GROUND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Super-king size bed (6'), bedside tables, double wardrobe, wall mounted TV, sofa (can be made as sofa bed if flexible sleeping arrangement required).  En Suite Bathroom: Walk in thermostatic dual shower, bath with handheld shower, double basin vanity unit, w.c, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside tables, wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables, stool.
Bedroom 3: King size bed (5'), wardrobe with drawers, chair, bedside tables.
Downstairs Lounge/Children's Playroom: Panasonic Smart TV with DVD player, 6' Pool Table, sofa (can be made as sofa bed if flexible sleeping arrangement required) 3 large bean bags. 
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, w.c., basin, heated towel rail.
Utility: Sink, Miele washing machine, Miele tumble dryer, traditional ceiling mounted airer.

FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner/Snug: Panasonic Smart TV with sound system and Freesat, Blu-ray player, Apple TV, 2 coffee tables, 2 occasional tables, large sofa, 2 small sofas in lounge area and a 3 seater sofa in the snug area, Rangemaster Toledo gas cooker with gas hob, Samsung american style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, built in microwave, two dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, large circular dining table with a rotating 'lazy susan', sideboards, freestanding lamp, work desk space, snug area with beautiful views of Trevone beach.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 4: Three single beds (2'6"), bedside table, chest of drawers, hanging rail, shelves, chair.
Bedroom 5: King size bed (5'), bedside tables, two chest of drawers, clothes rail, fabulous sea views, chair. 
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, double basin vanity unit, w.c, heated towel rail.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for up to 4 cars on a single drive. Electric car charging point. Front lawn. Decking at the rear with a hot tub, garden furniture, gas barbecue, outside shower, w.c. Garage for storage only with extra fridge in and additional outbuilding for storage of bodyboards and wetsuits. 

Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs allowed. £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet. Dog crate and bedding provided if required.
Hot Tub: Available for £200 per week, hot tub is emptied and treated before arrival.  Select option at time of booking.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent. Gas central heating throughout. Heated towel rails in bathrooms.  Electric car charging point.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen, towels and hot tub towels provided for the 11 guests. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stair gate, travel cot and highchair provided.

Absolutely beautiful house, location wonderful, equipped to a very high standard. Wonderful accommodation for families, kitchen dining area and lounge room gorgeous for big families. Cannot fault the house. All family loved it

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The view was very special. The house had everything we needed, it was spacious, comfortable, had all the gadgets you could possible need. Didnt want to leave. There are plenty of walks from the house, a local pub and the beach on your doorstep. We even braved a New Years Day dip.

We had a wonderful stay in Garendon. The location is superb....just a few steps from the beautiful Trevone beach. We loved the house, perfect for a multigenerational holiday. The snug was a particularly popular spot to relax and take in the lovely view. Hot tub and games room were also very much enjoyed. House and location is ideal for a multigenerational family. It catered for everyones needs. Space to read whilst others might watch the tv or play games. Safe place for children and perfect proximity to the beach, coastal walks and cafe. Loved it.

100 yards from the lovely sandy beach is not bad for a holiday home! Wonderful views, excellent accommodation on 3 floors, meant plenty of space for a family celebration.

We had a lovely extended family stay in Garendon. The location is perfect, being so close to the beautiful beach at Trevone and it is quiet too. Lovely views from the first floor living space windows especially of the sunsets. Very well equipped and with high quality bedding and towels. Three bathrooms were also very welcome.
