The cottage was well equipped clean and up together. The location was excellent for our needs. Wonderful coastal walks nearby. We would definitely return if staying in that area again.

This was our second stay at happy days, and our first new years eve in padstow, both were fantastic. We love the seclusion of the cottage, yet a short walk into padstow, we recommend a head torch walking back so you are visible to cars, you are on the road walking for a short time, but easy to walk, downhill going, up hill coming back, a few glassRead morees of wine does the trick! What a spectacular little space for two! We were delighted with our stay at this cottage, a beautifully equipped kitchen and comfy space to relax. Great location with only a short walk into Padstow. The cottage was clean and inviting. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was very pleasant and situated in a beautiful and quiet location. The living area was cute and I felt quite safe. The upper floor was spacious with a comfy bed and good sized bathroom.

Immaculate property with everything you could possibly need being provided. Padstow might be slightly further than a comfortable walking distance for some people but this certainly did not detract from what is a fabulous property. We would happily return to Happy Days and will certainly recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Days. The owners have thoughtfully designed the interior to maximise the use of space. Quality fittings and equipment are used throughout the house. We could hear no noise from other properties and slept with the Velux windows open. We appreciated waking to the sound of skylarks in the surrounding fields first tRead morehing in the morning. The property feels very rural and yet it was an easy 20 minute walk down to the harbour. Within 2 minutes drive is a Texaco garage with 2 superfast EV chargers which I used to fully charge at off-peak rate. The location is excellent and a great base from which to explore many of the fabulous coves and beaches which Cornwall is so well known for. We can certainly recommend Happy Days to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, modern, light, airy, superbly well equipped property with two dedicated parking spaces, and a rain shower to die for. Cottage was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and decorated with nice local details. Quiet setting with ample parking and only a 15-20 minute downhill walk into Padstow. Have happily recommended and will return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Happy Days the accommodation is excellent and felt like a home from home as it is so well equipped with everything you need. This is a great place to stay for access to Padstow and the surrounding area. Whilst a small space it feels very roomy and is well equipped. Enjoyed walking into Padstow and Rock. Many beaches within a short drive from the cottage. In the warmer weather there is space to sit outside. We've just returned back from a lovely stay at Happy Days in Padstow (my husband and I and our 5 month old girl). Firstly, the location is very close to the Padstow. It is walking distance for most, but there are areas of no pavement, so we were not able to walk with our pram, but it's very close by regardless. The place was very quiet and we hadRead more no noise at all coming from either side. The house is beautifully presented, light and airy and very comfortable. It was very clean too - the only very minor thing was several flies where I assume windows had been left open because once we got them out, none returned. There is plenty of cooking and cleaning equipment, a great oven, microwave, hob, kettle etc., so staying in is nice and easy. The bedroom was really clean and comfortable with a modern ensuite with a great shower - the rainforest shower head option was very much appreciated! Overall, we would love to come back in a couple of years to revisit - an amazing first holiday for a family with a new addition. Hide

This is a lovely little cottage in a good, quiet location. It is fresh and very clean and beautifully furnished, equipped and accessorised. We would definitely consider another stay if we holiday in Cornwall again.
