Lounge: A lovely sunny beamed room with two comfortable sofas to sit and relax on after a day in the Dales walking or sightseeing, TV with Freeview. For those chilly evenings why not pour a glass of something tasty and cosy up in front of the roaring multi fuel stove which is set in a feature surround on stone plinth. There are two oak side tables, an oak sideboard and pretty views over the front garden.
Kitchen: The kitchen leads off from the lounge and has stunning views over the hills and dales beyond. It is well equipped with all you need to prepare a yummy Yorkshire meal from all the fresh produce which abounds in this area. You will find an electric hob, oven, grill, microwave, ceramic sink inset into solid wood worktops, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, dining table and chairs.
Outside utility room: Freezer, washer/dryer.
Outside store room: A really useful room for those with outside interests, muddy boots and cycles can be safely stored here.

Parking: Please note there is no designated parking for this property. On street parking may be available in the village but this is on a first come first served basis. Generally you will find further free parking is available by the Ford in Gayle or slightly further up from the property. You are able to park by the side of the road on the main road before coming to the bridge. You can park outside the property to unload but please DO NOT park here. Please do not park in the two spaces further down which are marked as private.
Heating: Modern electric heating, wood burning stove. Coal for multi fuel stove is provided.
Garden/Patio: Enclosed patio area to the front of the cottage which is a super suntrap. There is a pretty planted border and outside chairs and tables. Sit awhile and have your breakfast outside and enjoy the morning sunshine.
Short Breaks: Accepted all year round.
