No 10 The Watermark is a reverse-level house with a balcony from which to enjoy the outlook across to the sea views in the distance. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, on-site parking and a fabulous location within walking distance of the beach, it’s the perfect destination for your coastal holiday.
The kitchen has been beautifully refurbished to a high standard and now includes an integrated dishwasher and washer dryer as well as high end kitchen equipment.
10 The Watermark is set on a private headland with direct access to Porth Beach and out to the spectacular South West Coast Path in either direction. This secluded beach with its stretch of golden sand is popular for swimming and bodyboarding. The very popular Lusty Glaze Beach is the other side of the headland.
Newquay offers such an array of activities and if it’s water sports you are after then there’s plenty of world-renowned choice in the area. The dining scene in the town has blossomed with an emphasis on local, fresh seafood, delicious beachside brunches, contemporary fusion menus and great coffee.

GARDEN & PARKING: Enclosed decked terrace with outdoor seating. Allocated parking space in communal car park. Please note that you cannot unload your car directly outside the property. There is a short 150yd gently-sloping walk from the car park.
