Bathroom - Spacious ground floor bathroom with WC, wash basin, shaving point, heated towel rail, bath and separate shower.

Utility - Includes a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and useful storage units.

Bedroom 1 - Large single bedroom with a full size single bed, spacious wardrobe, full length mirror and dressing table set.

Upstairs

Bedroom 2 - King size bed, wardrobe, dressing table set, bed-side cabinets and comfy chair. This room is located at one end of the cottage and accessed via its own staircase. (Please note: the upstairs bathroom cannot be accessed from bedroom 2)

Bedroom 3 - King size bed, wardrobe and hanging rail, dressing table set, bed-side cabinets and a Flatscreen TV. and comfy chair. Light and airy. This room is located at the other end of the cottage, above the single room.

Landing area - Landing area connecting bedroom 3 to the upstairs bathroom. Includes a reading / relaxing area with 2 comfy chairs, small table and hanging rail.

Bathroom - Spacious bathroom with WC, wash basin, radiator with towel rail above, shaving point, bath and shower above.

Garden

Large private outdoor area to front of property with countryside views across the valley. Picnic table, and 2 bistro style tables with 8 chairs for alfresco dining on patio.

Large open garage and lockable storage shed for your use.

We really our enjoyed our stay - 3 adults and two young children. A very generous welcome pack and the property itself is excellent value for money. The property owner was easily contactable. We would definitely return.

We had a lovely week in the cottage. We had an issue with the WiFi on one day but we contacted the owner and this was sorted swiftly. Clear instructions of how to get to the cottage which were very necessary as a little remote. Cottage was clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The cottage had everything we could possibly need. The views from the upstairs bedrooms were amazing to wake up to everyday. Its in lovely quiet location with plenty of walks and beaches all within a 30 min drive. We didn't want to go leave! The welcome pack was also a lovely surprise on arrival.

Property was very clean and comfortable lovely remote setting with excellent views owner was very helpful and friendly we had a problem with TV and he was there within 15 minutes and sorted it welcome pack was excellent would recommend this property

A lovely very rural location if thats what you are looking for and peaceful , very excitingly the odd low fighter planes went over but were rare. WiFi is v slow which was not surprising given where the cottage is , but not an issue for us. Very comfortable beds and Good kitchen. Not near any big supermarkets so we got a delivery to the cottage anRead mored they found us fine. Was a coop in the nearby town which had enough to top us up but is bigger than we were expecting. We found plenty of places to go from this location to fill our week. Hide
